I have heard from multiple guys my age that they haven't asked and girls in their 20's have no clue what an IPP is.

I think there are two ways to approach it and one I think is right and the other I think is wrtong i'll explain why.

1) Open honest conversation with a partner about how you had ED and decided to get an implant- WRONG

2) Partner notices you have an implant sees you pumping up your balls or something and you tell them you a chick landed on you weird and you got a penile fracture or your just broke your dick somehow and got it fixed surgically. act like it's not a big deal- RIGHT

I think the important point to remember is that at the end of the day male female relationships for all species serve one purpose, reproduction . By nature women are looking for the strongest genes to mate with and have the best chance of survival of their offspring. This is all deep below surface level but this is how evolutionary psychology operates. You do not want to go around telling a woman all of your medical issues and struggles it will dry her out immediately.

Well just a little background, i come from a culture where this is considered taboo/un-natural (Un MANLY) and I am just worried if a word gets out, It will be difficult for me to explain. AAlthough, I had tried everything to get it fixed. I am lil overweight but i think not responding on max dose of alpostradil is something i can not fix by losing weight.

I'm not trying to be negative, but I find it hard to believe that women don't care if a man is implanted or not. I think some will accept it if they like you and some may even grow to like the hardness and endurance if your sexual chemistry is good, but I find it hard to believe it's just incidental
