First time masturbating was at about 6 weeks. Just when i began cycling.
Didn’t really get into it because it was already sore from my earliest cycling inflations. (would have done myself a favor by not pumping it so hard so soon). Tried watching porn and masturbating, but soreness was a distraction. Couldn’t cum first time. Gave up after about :30.
Next few times we’re better, but still had a ways to go. Came maybe 50% of time. Had to focus on glans and upper shaft for stimulation. I didn’t at that time realize how numb i still was in scrotum and lower shaft from surgery. (PS). Not full strokes.
3 months post op, i continue to adapt to increasing levels of hardness as i cycle, and getting back more feeling in entire dick. Sex/masturbating at 85-90% feels good, i can ho at it fir about :45 minutes before any discomfort…if i haven’t already cum.
Overall, still consider myself in rehab and am optimistic by these developments. Expect continued improvement.

Active, athletic 63 years old. Sexually, still 33 in my mind and spirit. Pills and injections all worked, until they didn’t. Diagnosed with veinous leakage in 2022. Coloplast Titan. 22 CM. No RTE. Peno-scrotal. Implanted 1/4/23. Dr. Clavell.

I was approved to begin cycling 1 wk post OP and approved to have sex 3 wks post OP.
I started mastubating after 4 wks post OP. However, I find it difficult to masturbating just using my hand. So, I use a Fleshlight instead which provides results as good as or better than before I got the implant.
The only thing better is actually fucking someone.
