Is Anyone Concerned About Glans Engorgement Anymore ?

This topic has been pretty beaten up, So I will leave it up to the brotherhood to speak up if this of concern to you. If So, we can share our latest attempts to achieve it -- I have been experimenting with several methods/meds and would be glad to share my experiences with others.
So just post your opinions on the topic and we will take it from there -- or not -- up to you all.

I don't have an implant yet but tell me more about the challenge in regard to the glans?
This is one of my concerns. My glans works pretty good. Alot of blood flow there...Will the implant impact the glans? Even if the glans get sign you can still have intercorse correct?

What is your experience?

I am concerned about glan engorgment doesn't appear to be happening for me right now then again I am only 4 days post op from my IPP.. So Perhaps it will get better.

Blood flow to glans is separate from the blood flow to spongy tissues in penis. If your glans were swelling before implant they should swell post as well normally. I am 5 weeks out of surgery and find my glans getting engorged specially during morning.

I had asked my surgeon if we can take 5mg cialis to help with extra glans engorgement to which he said you can if you feel it is less. I will evaluate this when I am closer to using the implant or have used it a few times.

Thanks for the questions and comments! Many have stated that if you had glans engorgement prior to implant, you will have it after. That was not the case for me — I had engorgement prior to but not after. Could I have sex without it, sure. Could I still come— mostly no because an engorged glans provides me with greater sensation.
So before we get into methods for engorgement, how about comments on the question of before and after implant.

yes, implantologists say that the blood flow of the glans is separated from the shaft, that's true, the problem is that when you inflate the implant to the maximum, the 2 tips choke the glans and prevent the passage of blood, or if you inflate to the maximum and you are on your back on the bed the blood flows from the glans and deflates, therefore after the implant the glans most likely will not swell, people do the implant to stop taking the drugs but then find themselves taking the drugs to make it swell the glans
