Not yet. I was scheduled to be next month, but then a work/education opportunity blindsided me and now I have to push it back to 2025

Damn
! I can nto figure it out the signaature thing!

I see well I think having the implant and being able to fuck is better than messing around with shoving a needle in your dick every time you want to have sex. Yes, I would not advertise to women that your implanted but should they find out OWN IT. Tell them you accidentally snapped your dick during a threesome and world class surgeons repaired it. Don't make a big deal out of it.

at the end of the day confidence is to women what physical beauty is to men.

Are you Latin?

I'm Cuban-American and I think a lot of people of my ethnic background would make a joke of it

All i know is that as a bionic man i can now fully ram one hard cock into my girlfriends ass and hammer her harder and longer than she’s ever had it before.

I was shy about telling her at first. In Thailand, NO GIRL has likely ever seen, or heard of a bionic man. Once i came clean and explained everything to my girl, she was fascinated. I did try to hide the fact a couple of times, but after awhile i was just like “what the hell”, and told her. She was fascinated and soon she was grabbing it and squeezing it at every opportunity.

I’m 63, she’s 30. She never would have believed until now that an older man could have so much “power” (as Thai ladies refer to hard cocks).

OP, you do what’s right for you. Lose the personal shame though. You are a rare creature once bionic.

I met with a friend and his wife recently at a club. They knew about my implant. They brought another couple who i hadn’t met. All friendly, and everyone was interested. I had it at about 30% for a nice package. The ladies were EAGER to feel it, and so i accommodated them. :D

Some people on this forum are weird man. I'm 30 and had the surgery 8 weeks ago. Standing up facing someone you can't tell anything is different to a natural dick, lying down flat with your sack fully relaxed you can see the pump looking like a third ball, it doesn't matter who your surgeon is in this regard, it's going to be placed somewhere you could easily access it to pump and deflate, ideally like mine behind my balls, touching it is hard like a marble. I've only fucked once since being implanted, the girl touched the hard pump in my sack, she didn't say anything but she will have definitely felt it. If you can feel the pump to pump it up anyone playing around with your balls is going to be able to feel it too. I feel like you'd be able to get away with not discussing it with girls you fuck once or twice but anyone thinking that it's not going to come up in conversation in a relationship is delusional, I'm still figuring out how I'm going to have that conversation when it inevitably happens

Of course owning the situation is the only way to deal with it, but I just hate that we have to experience this shit and then try and explain it to someone else.

I'm hesitant to get into this fray. First, a woman noticing the pump is a lot different from knowing what the pump is. Nut sacks come in lots of variations. Some men even had tissue masses that can be seen or felt. A few men only have 1 nut.
Women accepting it? My wife suggested that I get an implant twice before I brought it up.
Go ahead, say shes an old woman, you've been married a long time. All of this is true. But at the end of the discussion. She likes sex, she knew that the best chance that she had to get a sex life back was with an implant.
She watched a YouTube video of a surgery. She wasn't happy, but that did not change her wish for an implant. She didn't attend any of the appointments but did go on the day of surgery & drove us to our second home. She was super worried about infection. More worried than I was. She made sure that I had fresh clean clothes & bedding during the recovery. Pretty accepting in my opinion.
A one night stand won't likely scrutinize your genitals as much as a steady gf or a wife. Bed her a few times & I doubt that she'll care once she finds out. By then she knows how well it works & its too late for any reserved feelings.
If she does cause a fuss. You'll of learned by then about any cosmetic surgery that she has had. You can gently throw the hypocrite card at her. Even her Wonder bra or body slimming garments that she might use.
Too much worrying on this topic.

I think it could be the case I can hide it about couple of week or months but, the inevitable truth has to come out one day. So better have a better explanation. God! this is hard. Living alone with ED is depressing, I have made decsion to get it fixed, it has taken great toll on my mental and physical health. I am not focused on my other goals for now, always dark thoughts in my mind. I am hopefull that insurance approves it and i can schedule an appoitmnet with the surgeon.
