My experience is that it will never go back to being totally oval shape, more of a flat oval. I did the urofill injections to help give it a more round look. Also it makes it a little softer to the touch.

3 months postop. Precisely my experience.

As time moves forward and with daily cycling i can pump harder for longer periods of time. Like you, 100% is only for cycling. Today i pumped up to about 90%, left it alone for :55 minutes. Started getting sore at about :45 minutes. At :55 minutes i did the Perito exercises, then mashed the pump to full max 100%, could pump no more.

Set my timer for :5 minutes and white-knuckled it. At EXACTLY :5 minutes of that i squeezed the release. Such a relief. Over time it seems my tolerance for harder and longer pumps is increasing. At full max i’m not at all aroused. Wouldn’t fuck or masturbate at that level due to discomfort. With no arousal no glans or underside engorgement. Flat oval (“the surfboard”).

At 85-90% everything is much better for sex. Arousal gives obvious engorgement. Still not 100%, but acceptable. Dick rounds out more. I expect improvement with time.

Cycling is rehab. Still feel like i’m in the thick of it daily, but happy to be able to fuck and orgasm. Can really hammer it home at 85-90% if the moment calls for it.

Atm, if I pump to 80%, I can get to good round shape with glans engorgement but penis is still a bit soft.. pumping to 90-95% is a nice harndess but difficult to get glans engorged, uncomfortable and very oval shaped, although a bit more girth with this level of Inflation.

I am hoping to be able to pump to a certain percent and have sex, without needing to adjust it as I don’t want to disclose to certain partners just yet. This is difficult as 80-85% is comfortable and round but too soft, 90 percent is hard but uncomfortable and lacks glans engorgement.

Is it literally that the top and bottom of your shaft is flat or flatter now, instead of being more cylindrical as is the case with a natural erection? I'm only about 3 months post OP and my cylinders haven't "softened" enough that I notice any difference.

I still cycling it 2x/day for a min of 1 hour each time. I can pump to max and keep it inflated for 2 hours or more w/o any pain or discomfort. Erect angle is at 4 and flacid angle is at 5-530. That hasn't changed since the operation.

Flaccid the implant sometimes hangs further down but it still doesn't curve over my ball sac which would indicate some softening.

This is one of them. Glans engorgement, dick angle and loss of size are a few others.

No natural dick is fully cylindrical but it almost certainly is rounder than what you'd get w/an implant.

My implanted dick is wider side to side than it is top to bottom but no one I've been with yet (2 so far) has noticed or even mentioned it.

So, IMO it doesn't matter that it's more "oval" than before.

All that matters is that it's bigger & fatter than it use to be (it measures 6" L x 6" G now; only 5.75x5.5 before) and that I can fuck anyone, anywhere, anytime by just pumping it up in the roughly 30 secs that it takes to inflate it.

Be aware of the risks and consequences but focus on the prize.

Swin, I really respect your posts and all the advice you give. However, I would like to point out that, things can be different for us younger guys. When you're sleeping with 20 year olds, who have had 20 other dicks recently, they may find the shape of an oval penis uncomfortable. When you're sleeping with women from 60-70 year old age group, they are just happy to have a man who can get a hard-on, as, this is rare in that age group.

So, shape can be of relevance. Now, I understand, we are implanted and it is going to take more of an oval shape. As you said, there are risks and consequences but focus on the prize. But, what is it good to know is, perhaps pumping less and getting more engorged can make it more round or using a VED, or urofill (if necessary, which is what some of us may be trying to figure out).

The key is sexual satisfaction, and satisfaction may vary given the different age groups and pool/demographic of women we are dating.
