Girth

Postby Hillywilly » Mon Apr 10, 2023 2:59 pm

I was 6inches girth then PD brought me to 5.75-5.5 girth now 6 days post op 24cm titan xl I am appearing to be 5 inches girth.

I'm really upset about this further loss of girth and I wonder if this is something that improves with the implant over time or not? My doctor said it would not decrease my girth.

Anyone have any thoughts?

You are way too early in your implant journey to worry about girth loss. 6 days post op you wouldn't have started cycling. My advise will be to relax and focus on pain management. Once you start to cycle you will see improvement week on week.

That's good. I measure midshaft as well which was my narrowest point due to scar tissue. My surgeon said he scrapped scar tissue so maybe that had something to do with it? hmm

Will take months of cycling to regain girth/length.

Try to be patient and don't think too much about it, it will all come back in the next 3-9 months.
