venous leak and infertility at same time. anyone?

is there anyone who have VL and infertility at the same time ?
is this connected somehow ? maybe people with cogenital VL suffer also for fertility problems?

Hey, Im 27 years old and I have been checking my hormones since age of 21. Back then i had elevated thyroid hormone but never took medicine for that.

another issue was also T…. it wasn’t super low but it was always at around 400 levels. I feel like I skipped puberty somehow. Was always smaller, shorter then rest of guys, i never had pimples literally none pimples on my face when i was 15-17 like my friends used to have all face in them.

Prolactin also was always elevated. Not tumour ever found but prolactin always elevated.

I had LH on high end and FSH at very medium. Despite high LH (~8) i had still 400 T.

I started trt 10 months ago but it didn’t helped in erections. only in libido which gave me mixed results as I have noticed how life can be full of sex but body doesn’t want to follow mind…

My elder brother is 9 years on trt and he was diagnosed with hypogonadism. but he never had issues with boners and had many partners in life since his teens.

Yea but majority of people with venous leakage remain fertile. While Im sterile.

Ive been to many urologists. Top in country. I think they would notice while checking my infertile tiny ballz. Im going for cavernosography to French specialist in May. I will also ask him about varicocele again.

What exam exactly to check it ? i had: doppler, ct angiogram, many times usg of balls.

you probably already checked it, but the point is, for standard pratice they consider varicocele only for fertility reasons, but in fact if you cure it you will feel much better with erections. the exam is testicular Doppler ultrasound
