Penile implant in Ireland

Postby NoTurnover » Tue Apr 11, 2023 8:16 pm

Hello, I’m a 38 year old and two years ago I underwent a radical prostatectomy. Things haven’t been the same since. Lost some girth and length and am considering a penile implant. Tried the pills but I can’t seem to keep an erection. It also leans downwards and slightly to the left now for some reason.

I’m just wondering if there are any Irish guys here who have undergone implant surgery and if so could they recommend anyone? There just isn’t an awful lot of information online in relation to penile implants in Ireland. I have a meeting with my urologist at the end of May and will be inquiring about it then but I would love to hear from someone close to home and how they are doing.

Try the search function using Ireland. I found 41 hits, most were in titles but some were from members. A quick glance at the first 2 pages of resuts show1 guy traveled to London & used Ralph. His name comes up frequently. Another guy had his done by I think Hagarty in Dublin. Clues can be found by searching. Beware of spelling errors.

Thank you Gt1956 I will do that. I’m new to the site so I wasn’t even aware you could search it like that. Thanks again.

Noturnover, you have my best wishes. Fighting ED is hard no matter where on this earth you live. Especially if your country doesn't support the treatments very well if at all. So many people thinks that Viagra cure ED. I wish it was that simple.
In my own case, I live in a pretty sparsely populated region. Likely several times larger than the land mass of Ireland. The best I could find was 2 good drs. The rest were at least a 1 1/2 hour flight away. You need to be your own advocate' for treatment.

This is ALWAYS the case, regardless of the problem.

Had to do that for prostate cancer treatment and for ED treatment too. 8-)
