A chronicle of my efforts to regain and increase the size of my penis following the implant of my AMS 700 LGX

February 2nd (8.3"x5.5"): My length has improved. This is good! And I think I have a lot to thank to frwmw1 for mentioning stretched flaccid. Honestly, thank you. I was stretching often a while ago but I think since getting VED I've been neglecting it thinking I didn't need to. I believe I was wrong.

From your signature, I see you received LGX. The longest LGX is 21 cm.
So i think you got tons of centimeters in RTE to have that monster size. If anyone needed CX, than, it is you. Would you specify your implant size?

Your stretched flaccid length is always going to be bigger than your erection. Always.

Here's about as definitive proof I think you'd need. Stretched flaccid lengths really can be shorter than erect length.

To our knowledge our study of 80 subjects is the first to measure penile length in all states (flaccid, stretched and erect). Mean flaccid length was 8.8 cm., stretched length 12.4 cm. and erect length 12.8 cm. The correlation between flaccid and erect lengths is not sufficiently close to use flaccid length as the sole measure of penile size. However, stretched length does allow for an estimation of erect length to help counsel patients with concerns regarding penile adequacy. Only men with a flaccid length of less than 4 cm., or a stretched or erect length of less than 7.5 cm. should be considered candidates for penile lengthening. Guidelines for girth enhancement are not proposed because of the lack of an aesthetic rationale for this technique.

There's several other studies that report the same findings, as well as my anecdotal but very extensive experiences in talking about dicks with dudes online - it's like this because dicks are super complicated, lol.

Honestly, if you believe your stretched length is way longer and that it must be like that to everyone, that's a possible sign of having erectile dysfunction issues. If your erections are nowhere close to stretched length, it might be worth looking into.

Of course! Doctor told me this when I asked him implant's size:

Attach should be the implant record from your procedure. You would asked about the size of her implant. You measured 24 cm so we used a 21 cm implant witha 3 cm rear tip extender on each side.

(No clue why he wrote "her" there, lol, but it can't be right to edit my doctors writings. )

Hi, I talked to my patient liaison from Boston Scientific and she explained to me (I think) that for my penile implant surgery you measure my penis size as it was necessary for the size of the implant. So, what is it? I imagine it's a sensitive question for a lot of men, but if its in the records l'd like to hear it. Thanks

His response:

During surgery your total penile length measured 24 cm which is about 9-1/2 inches. That is the total length including the part of the shaft goes up underneath your pubic bone in front.

I asked for some clarification because I obviously don't have a 24cm (9.44") dick, and he responded:

Your penis actually extends beyond what you can easily see even with it stretched out completely. There is a portion that goes underneath your pubic bone and in fact is attached to the pubic bone to help support the penis. We would put in the implant, we have to include that area in the total length of the implant. So while you are asleep we are able to place the measuring device down into that part in order to get the total length of the penis. So the length of the implant is longer than what you can actually see. In fact you may be able to even feel the implant in your crotch area where the cylinders go back along the penile corpora that far back. I know that is a confusing explanation but I hope it accounts for your measurements in comparison to what measurements we got in the operating room.

The way I interpret this is they basically measured my stretched flaccid, which was 8.75" pre-surgery. They also measured under the pubic bone. Stretched flaccid + space under pubic bone = 24cm

My normal flaccid size was about ~4.8" pre-surgery, but that isn't relevant to the implant procedure. My flaccid size now increased from ~4.8" to a bit above 7" bone pressed.

Also, thanks for the bump. Been meaning to update this recently. Nothing excellent, but all things seem to be going pretty well.

June 25th (8.6”x5.5”): I’ve been meaning to update but nothing is very exciting. Since my last post or two there’s been a consistent incremental progress. Most times I inflate I’d get up around 8.5” or 8.6”.

My exercising:

A lot! I still never wear pants at home. I was using the VED very often but felt like I wasn’t getting as big of an effect as I did before, so I upgraded to the Bathmate. That is a costly and possibly stupid decision, but the thing has some power. From the little I’ve heard it’s the overpriced popular (and maybe dangerous) product in the penis enlargement world and much cheaper stuff exists. I don’t know. All I know is being aggressive with it seems to be a positive. I’ve also picked up some exercises from crazyjoe’s post here about Perito’s THE exercise, and some propeller action later on: viewtopic.php?f=6&t=18843

The GOOD news:

I measure at a bit over 9” stretched flaccid now. Happy about that, and thinking I might eventually get there through only inflating, but I’m not positive.

The BAD news:

My girth has been stuck at 5.5” ever since the very beginning. What I hear is this might be the maximum size for implants. I think I'll be okay, but I also have heard about tunica expansion procedure (TEP) and girth fillers post-IPP, so there might be medical solutions for more girth increases.

In a brief conclusion, I keep putting in the work and my size is slowly but steadily improving back to pre-implant size or even above. And I will keep doing the same work. I’m doubting I’ll ever make it to one specific size like 9.1” and stay there with every inflation forever, especially not without continuing to exercise it consistently, but I know I won’t have any problems getting hard, and that’s much more important than having an 8.5” vs. a 9” dick.

It’s been one year exactly, 365 days, since receiving my implant, and my length that was always 8.75” has now gotten even longer, and I’ve officially (and permanently) got a 9”+ dick!!!!!

I was not positive this would happen. But I have to say, it's a great feeling not worrying about size loss. I can keep an erection no matter what now. And my dick got bigger too. That's a big win.

Currently, if I only inflate the device and nothing else I am consistently measuring right at 9” or a touch over. And I don't know the science behind this, but if I measure while aroused (watching porn), my experience has been a horny implanted dick definitely gets bigger than non-horny ones. I also realize my length is absurdly long, and it makes me happy. (The loss of girth I’ll live with for now. I think it's an actual case of a big dick problem since these implant seem to max out at 5.5". And relatively soon I’ll be looking further into medical solutions. I know they exist.)

The secrets to my success of preserving penile length post-implant?

There are no secrets. It shouldn't even be difficult. Use a VED before you get an implant. I did not know about them and my doctor never told me, but reading this study taught me actually taking 1500-2000mgs of viagra before sex with a few different morbidly-obese tinder chicks was more than enough to get the job done, LOL:

The surgeon has significant influence on penile length as well, based upon decisions made pre-operatively, surgical technique in the operating room, and post-operative recovery instructions. Penile rehabilitation is increasing in popularity, commonly in association with radical prostatectomy in an attempt to mitigate treatment-related ED. An appropriate rehabilitation protocol consists of proactive use of oral phosphodiesterase inhibitors, intraurethral suppositories, intra-cavernosal injections, or vacuum erection devices to stimulate erections at regular intervals and maintain corporal and glanular blood flow. This can be initiated prior to prostatectomy or at least immediately after to maximize the chances of preservation of corporal tissue to maintain penile length. While more rigorous data is needed, what is available in the literature appears to suggest that phosphodiesterase use prior to prostatectomy is a protective factor for penile length preservation and restoration for the aforementioned reasons.

What I take from that is if you’re about to get an implant, or simply want to decrease the effects of ED, then pills, injections, VEDs, all of those will increase the blood flow and assist with size restoration. Unless you have some serious heart problems or whatever, I don’t see why not to take them often and at higher doses.

After you get an implant, exercise it – see my above comments for what I’m doing, lots of bending/pulling/stretching, Perito’s THE exercise, etc. For devices, it’s my opinion most VEDs all do pretty much the same thing. It’s vacuum suction around your dick. Can’t tell much of a difference. If you want to make this easy and cheap, buy this LeLuv from eBay: https://www.ebay.com/itm/382225773164

Those come with three silicone sleeves. They can make using a VED for the first time a little more comfortable. My advice: fuck that. Throw them away. Using vacuum suction on your dick should not feel pleasant, because it’s not supposed to be. But it’s not seriously painful either. And it's medically justified and confirmed to be effective through mountains of clinical studies dating back to the 80s. You’ve gotta get used to it eventually, no reason to make it easy.

I bought LeLuvs but for my main one a battery powered VED saves me some effort. I mentioned the BOS-2000-2 earlier. I do not like that one anymore. Dropped it and it broke, bought again, dropped it, broke again. Instead, it’s a good sign with this one that I had to scotch tape the metal connecting the batteries back together and it still works:

You can solve your ED, and get a bigger dick too. Because why not.

Thanks for the bump! Exact routine? Well, I first have to acknowledge that it's surely excessive and no way this much effort is required. And I'm not even certain it's healthy or safe. Plus I'm lucky in that I don't have very much to do. So basically, I work until noon and if it's sunny and warm I sunbathe until about 4pm most days or all day on the weekend (I really like the sun! It's good for mental health, and for being tan ). While doing so I'm using a VED throughout it or doing Perito's THE exercise (I like the capital THEs) or laying on it flat to try to straighten it out (which used to be a lot more painful but feels mostly normal now). Lots of stretching it too, like how you would to get your stretched flaccid length. Seems helpful. I don't follow any specifics of how long I keep the VED on or anything. I'm sure some times it's on the max for over an hour.

Then gym, and when back I still make it a thing to never wear pants at home (lucky I live alone) so I'm using a VED often while reading/replying to stuff here on FrankTalk or reddit or just watching TV. Also just got back into reading (or trying to read) before sleep, and been using a different automatic VED then instead of the LeLuv's I used earlier.

You mentioned others losing size, are you having problems? Even though I don't know a ton about TEP I'm still planning it in the future, so I've been curious about your results. Just went back and checked your post to read your most recent comments and saw that your girth is bigger than ever before (nice!) and looks like your length isn't quite there yet? Well you know why? Cause your surgery was 63 days ago!!!! When I was only two months out I was at least an inch and a half shorter than I am now. You'll get there, no need to rush it. For me it was a very slow process.

Actually, yeah, I think. Not sure how you define "success." Like, is it even bigger? Well, yes it does seem to be. Several months ago I was quite happy and proud that when I inflate my implant and had no arousal or any other tricks I was getting measurements right at 9". And really, what man wouldn't be happy if he learns he's got a 9 inch dick?

And it seems like my continued efforts of a lot of cycling and all other exercises is still having a positive effect. I don't think it's done growing. I said how I was happy measuring it at 9" with only inflation. Well a little after that it looked like it was right at 9.1". Then after a little longer 9.2". Then a little later a bit longer still. And for my stretched length I was getting 9.5" and now if I put in far more effort than necessary and a possibly dangerous amount of it it kinda does look like it can reach 10". But keep in mind I'm a dude measuring and talking about his dick, so even when I'm not "lying" it's still a safe assumption that I'm not exactly acting like a scientist when it comes to this shit.

Though how about a better way to answer your question? Yes, I think if you care a lot about your size and if you have the time to be consistent with your exercising of ideally 30 minutes or an hour a day or more, it is definitely possible for your size to grow - and to continue growing. I'm 17 months out, and very slow and incremental but effective changes seem to still be happening.

And lastly don't forgot if I quit exercising I'm sure it would get smaller. But first I doubt it'd get that much smaller, really. Likely I'd think it's still a decent bit bigger than its ED size before implant. And secondly, I don't really have any plans to quit exercising it. I put in a lot of time exercising my body in order to get more opportunities to use my dick. Might as well keep exercising the dick itself too.

No offense 2435tjklAS, but I just don't understand how these numbers can be real.

You had a 21cm +3RTE implant installed, that's 9.45 inches total. You claim your penis is now 9.5 inches long. (pre-op you state you were 8.75 inches, the doc just implanted something 3/4 of an inch longer?)

That means;

the total length of your LGX cylinders are distal (not a single centimeter inside your body, actually just short of entering your body) If this is the case it'd hang like a pepperoni on a string.

OR there's a very common 10cm or so inside your body and only 14cm in your penis, which is ~5.5 inches, leaving 4 inches beyond your cylinder length of just penile tissue and glans, which I would assume would result in floppy head and a very strange looking penis.

OR your cylinders are not at either end of your cavernosum and are floating somewhere in the middle, resulting the cylinders not being in the crus OR in the glans, again with a weird looking penis not supported all the way to the glans.

Even if it's to be believed that the LGX can expand up to 25% in length, and you've been able to get every cm of that in the last 18 months, that would mean your cylinders are now 29.3cm (21cm implant + 5.3cm expansion +3cmRTE) in length, or 11.5 inches. Now we're back to if your penis is 9.5 inches long, then you have just 2 inches (5cm) inside your body.

Help me understand, if you don't mind. None of this makes any sense. It sounds like you're a medical miracle!
