Mlsyes wrote:Question to the OP. Your signature states you have a 21 cm AMS implant + 3 cm RTE, for a total of 24 cm. That translates to 9.44 inches total for the entire implant (24 cm / 2.54 cm per inch). How can you have a larger penis size than the implant? I'm trying to figure out if I missed something.
This is the best and most honest answer I can think of. Sorry if it's tl;dr. But I am interested in how other people measure and what they would say about this. And please, if anything I say sounds dumb or wrong, everyone can feel free to correct it and tell me. I am a rare type who can admit to being wrong.
First I do think it's important that my size started at 8.75". That matters because it's believable that an increase of only like half an inch does increase my size to over 9", but if someone starts with a 7" dick, no matter what they do, a 24cm implant is not gonna make your dick grow 2 inches and suddenly become 9". That's because they don't have enough dick to start with. It wouldn't be possible to stretch out your skin that much.
And I know some people don't believe everything found it studies, but I do think it's true and easily provable because there's finally enough anecdotal reports too that the prior #1 patient complaint of penile implants causing a loss in size is no longer a problem men need to worry about. With modern devices and with VED use before and after surgery with other exercises that are supported by mountains of medical research proving their effectiveness an implant is very capable of increasing your size by about 1cm, 2cm, or 3cm. And with AMS, I believe, the cylinders are designed to expand that can make a 24cm implant become a little over 24cm (I don't know by how much. But is this how it works?). Meaning, I'm a dude who started quite lucky and who did not deserve anything but got born with a dick that has a length far above average at 8.75". Then they attached a 24cm implant that can also expand even more, and now after a lot of exercise I think I probably gained a tiny bit less than 2cm in length (and lost girth, down from 5.7" to 5.5" because it is commonly reported here that 5.5" is just about the max girth size for AMS devices, but Titans can maintain larger girths).
So my 22.22cm dick got implanted with a 24cm AMS LGX 700 and that turned it into a dick that can be accurately measured to about 23.62cms (or 9.3"). Also at the time of the surgery I was in good shape, am 5'10.5" and weighed about 165lbs, so I didn't have a big fat pad with FUPA problems or anything.
But how to measure??First based on the possibly very limited knowledge I might have, I do think my measurements count as true and accurate, and anyone can feel free to DM me for the link to my imgur album (am sending you one for asking Mlsyes, ty). Like, I have clear photos that show me bone pressing a straight edge ruler right above my shaft into my pubic bone, and having the ruler travel straight down and making contact with my head. I have many photos of that showing a length a little over 9" now, and I never was that long before implant. Also when I measure by myself with no arousal and only a standard regular inflation, I consistently measure at a touch over 9". With arousal, I don't know the science behind it, but I have discovered that a horny implanted dick does get bigger than a non-horny one. Some of that blood flow must still be happening, and that can make your dick itself bigger and not because of the implant.
But how exactly I measure it might not be the most scientific way, but I do think it's the most common way, and I'm hoping we can have a "Frank"Talk about it. Next time you're measuring standing up, try standing very, very straight up, and even where you're bending backwards. Well, the size measured by the ruler will become a lot shorter. But regular people don't ever measure while bending backwards, surely. But you probably do measure when you're slightly bending forward? Because I do. I mean, again the ruler is giving me a measurement of let's say 9.2", does the fact I'm not bending backwards while doing it make it wrong?
I know someone on reddit who mods one of those dick measuring subreddit (r/dicksbeingmeasured) told me that he likes this way of measuring in the Chen (2004) study:
But I definitely lose size measuring laying on my back. Isn't that probably normal for most other people? I think it makes gravity a factor or something.
Also, a few days ago I did add a picture of me stretching my dick to a touch over 10", though in a DM with Jage64 I learned the reason my dick looked so thin under my glans was cause I was stretching past the device, lol. Obviously. But that does make me think - the implant doesn't go all the way to the tip of my penis. I seem to have over a cm of space where the tip of my penis is longer than 24cm cylinders, no?
Ending: does my urologist confirming my stretched flaccid size of 8.75" counts as enough proof that my size increase is real?
I hope so. That's all I got. You believe my sizes? Am I measuring accurately enough?
My assumption is I measure like most every other man does, because (almost) no men uses the shortest measurements of their dicks. But I'm curious what any others might say.
