When you have an implant and have arousal and engorgement, do you guys still feel the penis pulsating? I believe it's the dorsal artery...the one on the top of the shaft.

My dick still throbs when I flex the muscles, Even outside of a state of arousal or inflation I can feel it expand slightly when I clench the muscles down there, pretty much exactly is before although I would note that it's probably only about as 50% maybe 40% as noticeable as pre-ed.

It is more noticeable when I have it at least partially inflated, but still less than my natural penis had. With about a 50% inflation my wife says it was more than my ED flexed, but I remember Pre-ED And it seems less. Ymmv?

My glans does still enlarge with arousal, although much less so it maximum inflation currently. About 85 to 90% and it enlarges the most it will. I would say it's probably 80% of my pre ED enlargement of glans?

To have any real empirical evidence I would have to make out with my wife enough to get aroused and ask and right now she has strep so that's a big no.

We may be talking entirely about different things as well I'm not really sure

I get a nice chub when aroused without inflating. Hard enough for oral but not penetration. At 35 pumps and aroused my wife says it’s bigger lol. Still have to get a revision of the kinked tubing. Finally started to orgasm during sex too. Not sure what happened other than nerves knitting.

just wandering, how did you get kinks in the tubes and how did you notice them. I'm 8 months in and they feel a little different than before. Might have the same problem

Got strong pulses when aroused... And many pulses during the day specially when need to urinate

I think it comes from the pelvic muscles as i am always doing kegel exercise

I definitely feel some engorgement when sexually aroused. My wife knows when my orgasm is about to start because she can feel my glans engorge.

3+ months postop here. Cycling daily and at max pump it’s too uncomfortable for arousal. It’s rehab & stretching after all. At about 85% it doesn’t hurt and when aroused my dick and glans swell. At orgasm, my glans is swollen and purple.
