Thin penis vs implanted penis?
Re: Thin penis vs implanted penis?
Frank if you're having some pain it's actually a good sign, because you have been fearing nerve damage. With nerve damage I think you would be feeling nothing
Born 6/15/74. I have substantial venous leak with fairly severe hour-glassing, but no hard plaques. My urologist is sexual health expert Dr. Laurence Levine who performed a Doppler Ultrasound and diagnosed me with VL in 2020. I also have mild BPH

You are only 12 weeks out, you are still healing and likely won’t be fully healed for another 2-3 months.
Sensitivity will almost certainly come back. I remember my first masturbation session, I think I gave up after 20 minutes, but now it’s absolutely fine.
Does it feel like a natural penis? No. As others have said there are two cylinders and a pump inside you. Is sex with an IPP worse than a normal functioning penis? I don’t think so. It takes some time getting used to the fact that you will never get natural erections and you may feel a little emasculated because of this but there are so many benefits to having an IPP for those with a non functioning penis. I had my surgery last February, due to a 90 degree dorsal curve which effectively stopped me being able to penetrate. I could still get decent natural erections but I was losing size and I knew it wouldn’t get any better.
Fast forward 14 months, I am roughly the same length as when I went into surgery , having increased my length by 1.5 inches and am much girthier- I really couldn’t be happier, I honestly feel like a pornstar now!
I get good shaft arousal so although I am oval shaped pre arousal, I am round like a natural penis during arousal. Because there is no pressure during sex, I have complete control and I can keep going no matter what.
Peyronies very rarely gets better with time, yes yiu will need multiple revisions but my god I’d choose 6 revisions during a lifetime over a bent penis that will only get smaller over time.

Implanted by Mike Fraser in feb 2022 due to a 80 degree dorsal curvature. 18cm Titan - way undersized. 8’ pre Peyronies, 6’ pre implant - currently 6’.

yes, I feared nerve damage and not being able to orgasm anymore, between Wednesday and Thursday I tried to masturbate 4 times, crazy pain and I had to give up on the pain without reaching orgasm, last night I magically started having sex with the only thought of reaching orgasm, after 15 minutes I felt it coming and I let myself go, oral also improved, now the thing that bothers me is having the penis too oval and flat, I don't know if there is room for improvement or if there is something that can make it round or gain girth, I chose titan for the girth instead I lost it

no no, I don't want to do anything like that, I don't know if the ved can help, but I think it's for the length, I don't understand who does the ved why they do it and having an implant if they do it with the penis inflated or deflated

I think VED helps with both length and girth beings some new oxygenated blood into your dick

but then the blood goes away, or do you intend to do the ved every time before having sex, do you think that by doing the ved you will gain length and girth forever? could any member who uses ved chime in to clarify if stretching and girth with ved is permanent?

Perito commented on the use of a VED to regain size. It must be permenant or else I'd imagine he's mention it otherwise.
As for pain from your implant it will subside. It'll take 6 months to a year. Pain I feel is a good sign as the nerves are still intact and it'll be stretching your corpora.
Here's the part I want to drive home. Feeling pain and feeling arousal, though both are through nerves (and complex chemical reactions), are 2 different things. You can feel pain anytime you want. Open a cupboard, put your dick inside, shut it, boom there's pain. Or in our case, shove 2 cylinders inside.
As I said at the 6 - 12 month mark i was thinking wtf have i done. Ive got erections but thats it.
Once I focussed away from being anxious about it, and just concentrating on the feeling, sensation came back. Also cutting back all drugs (caffeine, alcohol etc) has all but stopped my underlying anxiety I've always lived with, which in turn has greatly increased bloodflow and sensation. If the sympathetic nervous system is overly activated (fight or flight), the parasympathetic system can't take over (which controls arousal. In the cave man days we couldnt really say "Hey Lion, fucked off im balls deep in me missus".
I thought this an absolute crock of shit when it was explained to me. But that's exactly what I've found myself. Makes me really wonder those with venous leak (some cases, not all) have got over active sympathetic nervous systems making them prone to erectile issues. Ill leave that up to the medical profession to prove/ disprove.
how is it possible that masturbation leads me to pain and no orgasm, to the point of giving up because of too much pain, instead when I fucked no pain, just a slight discomfort not to prevent me from orgasming?
