I don‘t think so. Train your pelvic muscel, that helps a lot. What‘s your age?

Likely only BPH treatments will cause that -- personally I had the treatment and am 90% retrograde but my orgasms have never been better -- and the implant helped!

IDK about an IPP implant but treatment for prostate cancer certainly does.

I had a TURP procedure and it caused retrograde ejaculation. I can't imagine an implant would do the same thing because it doesn't involve the valve that controls ejaculation vs urination.
