I've watched the videos, both Dr. Clavell and Dr. Perito explain how to do the cycling exercises, but I'm a bit confused.
Dr. Perito holds up a lifelike dong, grabs the base of it with his thumb and pointer finger in an "OK" sign configuration and bends the penis over the top of that in all directions.
Dr. Clavell holds up the two prosthetic cylinders, grabs both of them with one hand in a motorcycle throttle grip, and bends the penis over the top of that grip.
Perito's instruction you're bending much lower on the shaft nearer your body, Clavell's instruction you're bending your penis more than halfway to the glans, above your full hand grip.
I've also heard guys refer to "stirring the paint" with their penis fully inflated, which means the bend everything without support anywhere along the shaft. To me, the tips in the crus would also be moving around using this method, which sounds to me like a bad idea for stability and upward angle. I think I WANT the scar tissue to form tightly around the proximal end of the cylinders.
Is the idea to be bending your penis at the base as close to your body as you can, or up the shaft higher? I've also seen videos on this site of guys doing exercises and they're bending their penis in half.
I'm just not clear on the whole thing.
How do you understand "the exercise" to be done?

Agree with Watnext -- the basic intention is to loosen up those cylinders. Whatever feels like it's achieving that is useful. I sometimes hold mine with one hand and use the other to twirl it like a propeller (I may get joked on for that ) There is no question that it has increased my length by more than an inch since my implant.
75, used pills, injections -- all lost effectiveness. Titan implanted by Eid in Feb '22.
