Absolutely!
My wife is usually ready to post sex cuddle time after reaching orgasm....she gets there 98% of the time and that is most easily accomplished with hard pounding vigorous sex.

Yes, you can go as many times as you want, for as long as you want.
For me, the ability to get the wife to orgasm 2, 3 or more times is the best. After we finish, I love to lay next to her and cuddle while I am still inside her. Sometimes that starts another round!

I’m sure everyone is different, we tried a few weeks ago to have a two climax session, but my wife’s clit and vaginal area became very sensitive after her first climax and was unable to climax the second time. It might be possible if we waited a while before going at it again but we haven’t tried, usually she gets sleepy after the first climax, still experimenting but multiple for us hasn’t worked.

Can you get hard to go twice with the implant? Absolutely. Will you have the same level of arousal/engorgement both times? That depends on your hormone levels as proloactin is released after orgasm causing a refractory period. Cabergoline, adderall, or other drugs such as those can drastically shorten your refractory period if that is an issue.
