Just a couple of things from my perspective. Had surgery 8 weeks ago today. Had sex at four weeks and then over the next three weeks probably three more times. Could never reach orgasm and I had lamented in a couple of threads I started, during that time period. In the last week have had sex twice and had orgasms both times. A couple of things I’ve done and don’t know if it’s the reason my luck has changed. I do believe I have less numbness and that could be part if it. So I've been out of commission for a couple weeks. The swelling in my scrotum got a lot worse and the incision opened a little. Dr Hakky put me on antibiotics just in case, told me to stay in bed as much as possible (not the fun kind of being in bed), and keep icing. A couple weeks of that and everything has improved greatly. Incision sealed up pretty well, had stitches removed that had become loose and weren't doing anything anymore and the swelling went down at least some.

Gawd, I admire you guys that had sex to completion a couple weeks after surgery.
For me, I tried, but oral or penetration was just too hurting. Never completed sex (the big O) until 7 months later, but I was a difficult case with 3 surgeries (but I digress)
