just wondering if over time 100% hard ever changes like can you get more pumps in as time passes? I am at 2 weeks and I pump until the bulb cannot be pressed further which I assume is 100%? It's definitely hard but not as hard as my natural erections could my stressed tunica be causing the lack of firmness? I had some scar tissue removed from my tunica and I wonder if it is not expanding all the way and not optimally working with the IPP (as clavell has said the two work together to create hardness). My dick feels like it has loose skin all around it.

Yes, I originally couldn't get past 12 and now I'm up almost 36 (few the last ones aren't full pumps though by any means). What I found helps me increase the number the most is pump it until I can't pump it anymore, then do the penis exercises as far as you can, and then pump it some more. Generally if I have sex for a half hour or so I can get another two pumps in as well from the bending. My doctor wanted me to cycle for an hour a day, so basically every 15 minutes I attempt to add an additional pump or two.

What I meant by getting harder was that the pump becomes more and more difficult to pump in other words between your hand and your finger or your between your finger and your thumb when you're squeezing the bulb it becomes more and more difficult push and get a pump out of it not necessarily that the penis is harder. Also don't discount that your forearm becomes stronger as you pump more and what you think the ball is getting softer and may just be that your arm is getting stronger or some variation of that.

12 1/2 weeks, since 3 days I have gained 1/2 inch in length and 1/3 inch in girth, pumping very aggressively until the pump fails, this stretch has given me some pain in my back. urethra, but it's very bearable, now I can inflate to 85/90% for sex and look like a nice dick and be comfortable for sex, but I haven't field tested it yet, I think slower than others but I think I'm seeing improvements from every point of view

Yes, as it comes closer to full it gets harder to pump, I've never had mine dimple out. Ever. I've not had it long enough for arm strength to change significantly, nor does it change more than maybe 1 pump between hands (the danger with change of hand is slipping off and smashing into a nut.)
