Maybe I did not mention this before but I love my wife very much and want to please her more than ever.

I am in severe pain 4 days post op. I do not know when this will all subside and I can walk again. Right now I am effectively crippled. It really hurts.

At four days I did not even bother trying to sit (your original post strarted out, "As I sit..."). I stayed in bed for 23 hours a day. It was much more comfortable and I figured taking it as easy as humanly possible would speed recovery.

At four days, I am not surprized you are in pain.
