Titan members with 2cm or more RTEs

Actually the Titan gave me increased girth over pre-implant size. Titan is said to be known for that.

That''s great, did you have the increased girth straight after surgery, or did it take time with cycling? Did you find you had more of an oval shaped girth?

I had much swelling right after surgery so my girth was such that I couldn't get my hand abound it
After swelling went down I had current girth with cycling and penis was very slightly oval but became more round with cycling. Post implant VED helps keep everything tuned up and max length and girth allowable by implant

I saw my current girth as soon as I started cycling twice a day. Was fully inflated for 3 weeks post-op so girth was well established. Doctor appointment at 3 weeks and was deflated in office and got ok cycling for 3 weeks post implant. Became less oval about 1 month after cycling began. Probably because healing was well underway and tubes were fully settled in and inflated on a regular basis.
I do VED about 3 times a week 5-7 mmHg for 30 minutes once a day. I use VelSeal cylinders with vacuum pump that has a gauge. Google VelSeal cylinders and see if they are available by you.

Is there any titan members who have 2cm or more RTEs? Are you able to comment on whether you're getting a rigid erection? Do the RTEs effect your erection in any way? Are you wobbly at say 85% pumped?

I received a 22cm +2.5cm RTE, while I would have preferred to have the 24cm + 1.5cm, my surgeon did not use the 24cm as he said it would cause issues for him in pump placement.

20cm titan + 3.5cm rte, for pump placement reasons. No issues in any position. My issue with how they did that study is my natural penis would have moved in similar ways if I had a weight hung off the end of it... In fact I want it to so I can do it down thrust or doggy style or missionary or from the side or whatever without hurting. I suppose if you were only doing missionary ever you might not want it to have much range of motion.... But otherwise I better damn well that range of motion lol.

Edit: clarify to be concise, I can lay my dick flat against my stomach I can lay my dick flat against either leg, I can lay my dick directly pointing down even when fully inflated (although that direction is uncomfortable.) I mean it's tight when I do that at the base, but so was my natural penis when I was in those positions. From the point it emerges from my body to the glans, its firmer than any erection I had when I was in my teens even.

So... Zero issue here with a Titan 20 with 3.5.

My doctor said he did not like to use RTE unless it's necessary for placement of the pump because they are not as durable as the implant cylinders.

my orignal Titan implant had 4cm RTE's and 20cm cylinders, it was very stable and and absolute tool to use any way I wanted. Its lasted me 10yrs, I've since had a revision and dr. installed 24cm with no RTE's, still in 6 wk recovery so too soon to compare. Btw also a Titan otr.

Good luck with your revision. Your implant is a unique one. From 4cm RTE to no-RTE at all? Maybe 10 years ago, 24cm implant wasn't good enough, so that your doctor had to use the RTEs. However, it worked well all this time.

Well I need to correct myself, since my previous post the doctors office sent me the surgical notes from the revision and it indicates 24cm cylinders + 1cm RTE. Pardon my confusion.

Thanks, DayTripper. So, you got a 1cm longer implant. In a couple of months, you will be able to see if you are gaining more length after a revision.

Us younger guys are very curious as, it is inevitable, we will need a few revisions in our lifetime.
