It seems pretty normal for what I’ ve read after 25 days, you don’t have to worry about it, just let time passes.

I'm sorry but from what I've read, what Frank is experiencing is NOT normal for an infrapubic implant which is what he got

Complaints of pain beyond 3 wks post op are not uncommon for those who get a penoscrotal impant because their recovery period is 6 wks instead of 3 wks for infrapubic.

I got an infrapubic about the same time Frank did and I experienced NO pain whatsoever and was approved to cycle just 9 days post op and was approved for sex & other activity a couple of days ago at 23 days post op.

My doc said that this is the result he gets 85% of the time. So, I'm not special or unique in this regard.

Yes we all heal differently but the type of pain that Frank is experiencing suggests to me that something went WRONG with his implant to cause so much trauma & pain to his dick over 3 wks post op.

I'm not pointing fingers nor am I speculating about the cause but I've already suggested to Frank that he get a 2nd opinion (which he has declined doing at this point) but I'd think that at least an ultrasound to examine the shaft (and maybe even an MRI) would be in order to see if any damage was done to the shaft to cause such chronic pain.

FWIW, that's what I would do if I were in Frank's place. I certainly would NOT wait around any longer just hoping that it will get "better "

Patients (regardless of what's at issue) need to aggressively advocate for their own health & well being & should not accept anything less than a data based diagnosis of the symptoms that are causing the patient problems, rather than accept medical dogma & platitudes in response.

I posted in other threads what I'm going through with my implant, update, in summary yesterday I spoke to the doctor I explained to him that I can no longer have an orgasm and that I see the frenulum very tight, I pointed out my fear should be the cause frenulum too tight, he told me to stop cycling and put arthrosilene gel all over my shaft and glans for a week, he thinks the reason is that I'm still inflamed, then he told me to let them know next week if it is resolved, he reassured me that if it were the k frenulum it can be done very quickly without problems with the laser, this thing relieved me, I hope this week goes well without having to do anything to the frenulum

Just having information and assurance from your doctor goes a long way in calming tge mind sometimes. I hope his suggestions give you some relief and optimism Frank.

update, the orgasm is back, now I can have it even after 15 minutes, coitus lasted about 20 minutes and I reached orgasm, the sensation in the glans has improved but I expect it to improve even more, I wish coitus lasted longer more but I was inflated to the maximum and it wasn't very comfortable, I have to inflate to the maximum during coitus because as the excitement rises, it seems to deflate and I need other pumps, I have to inflate to the maximum because I think I'm oversized plus the right side of the left , the cylinder extends to the maximum only when I pump at least about 90%, when I finish intercourse a pain begins under the shaft, it continues to hurt for 2/3 hours, do you think these problems will go away?
