Yesterday doctor gave me some hope. From venous leak, to arterial spasm
Hello, everybody. Some of you may have known me as a guy who seriously considered implant. But yesterday I got doppler test and uro told me, that in my case it could some muscle spasm/arterial spasm which inhibits arterial blow flow, therefore muscles cant clamp, therefore venous leak. Basically, it means that my problem not in veins but lies in neurology. Have anyone encountered muscle/arterial spasm? Can you give any hint about possibility of getting better?

Did your doc give you any direction? I have thought for a long time that my ED is neuroligic but have not figured a direction to go
No implant. Adverse effects to PDE5 inhibitors. Now I have tinnitus permanently from low dose generic cialis
Tried Gainswave, Phoenix and pretty much everything

ordered some tests, asked for previous doppler, wants to prescribe some smooth muscles relaxants. If doesn't work, directs me to neurologist.

Did he mention shockwave therapy or something? VL can happen with mild corporal fibrosis

I've already did shockwave. Nothing happened. I also associate my ED with one-year severe anxiety and depression period. So maybe all this somehow connected.

There are several things that cause ED, however from all I've read there is no fix or cure for venous leak, it only gets worse as time passes. If you are unable to maintain an erection for intercourse you are a candidate for an implant. As a younger guy it is a big decision to consider, but the choice of not being able to have sex would make my decision.
Best of luck moving forward.

I can't understand why venous leakage is not seen as a consequence of a problem and not a diagnosis? Corporal fibrosis - venous leakage. Low testosterone - venous leakage. Psychological problem - venous leakage. Pelvic floor problem - venous leakage. All these problems are related to venous leakage. Why not treat the diagnosis, but treat the consequence. By the same logic, a man who has no feelings for his wife, or simply no longer likes her, will have an erection and then get a venous leak. This same man can have sex with another woman without any problem.
I know a man who has told me many times that he gets an erection with his wife, but it lasts very little and then his erection is at 50-60-70%. At the same moment, he gets an erection with an escort and even has sex twice with 100% erection.
