Filler with IPP

Before my implant surgery I was like 5.75-5.5in girth midshaft. I wasn't happy with this measurement as a few months earlier immediately after injury when I first started measuring I was 6inches in girth.

Now with the IPP I am 5.25-5.5in girth and I do not like that at all. I called Perito's office and they will do urofill at 4 weeks post-op. Dr. Hakky recommends a full 12 week watch on the size issue since i'm only 2 weeks out.

As, I understand it the cylinders expand to a maximum of 5.9 inches so I think the IPP may allow for a 6in girth (with 5.9 plus the rest of your dick). Any members get filler right after their IPP? How long did you wait? I am also curious if any of you have regained a full 6 inches midshaft?

Hi ..with five years now with PMMA (three careful rounds over these years)..maximizing girth once the erection strength and duration issue has been fixed with an implant is an easier task.

You can always start with HA fillers and watch for a year till they are absorbed into the body.If you like the 6-inch girth feel..then a permanent filler may be an option. Or a yearly top-up with HA and hopefully filler cost will go down as better and longer-lasting HA fillers become available.

There is also a 4 year filler available in Australia and or UK..haven't heard of doctors in Noth America using it.

The way I think about it is that implant is the concrete column, you can add any drywall on top of it. Hopefully, I get the implant soon.

Wolfpacker. It is supposed to last 18 months. I had the initial session 6 months ago and did a second session on the top of the shaft about 2 months ago. I will get some pics.

Yeah at least for urofill it was invented by Perito and they are familiar with doing the procedure on patients with IPP's Hakky also does them. I recently read Clavell does phallophil so it sounds like a lot of the top implanters are offering them.
