Pre-ED in my 20s (and just about 30lbs over weight) I was about 7"x5.5"
Post-Operatively at 46, I was 5.5"x5.5" (about 100lbs overweight)
Currently at about 6.25"x5.5" (3/2 operation date, still about 100lbs overweight)
Hoping if I ever get a revision I can just get at 24 with no rte or 1cm rte... or maybe get lucky and it'll last long enough there will be cool new expansion tech by the time I need a replacement.
PB measurement I'm currently 6.25" which is 15.9cm of the 23.5cm of implanted cylinder... which is about 68%. Assuming you get the same, with 0 rte, 21cm would be about 14cm from PB or 5.5" so other factors aside-- I'll go with 5.5" as a guess.

All, it is now 5-1-2023 about 12 days post op. I have a check up on 5-3-2023. Final exam on June 2-2023, then I will be able to pump up. In the meantime I am only pulling the bulb down each day, that hurts doing that. Sitting in chair is difficult.
But I am definitely healing now. The inflammation has gone down a lot. Pain has gone down and I have stopped taking oxycodone, still taking Tylenol - regular strength 2 tablets every 12 hours. I am surprised by the pain in the area of my reservoir. Kind of bruised and after sitting for an extrnded period my testcles have some pain from getting up and down out of the chair.
I cannot wait for June 2, the anticipation is killing me. I want to restore my manhood so badley it is mentally affecting me

It's been pretty awesome for me. I think you'll be much happier long term... first time I got to use it, it wasn't comfortable, but it was amazing after a year (and a lot of shitty sex prior to that for several years) of not being able to keep an erection for more than a minute... and even losing that most of the time. First time I used it my wife was like, "Wow, I don't think I can keep up with your robocock, but I'm going to try!"
