The only thing an implant changes is the ability to have a reliably hard erection. It cannot solve problems associated with blood flow, glans engorgement, ability to achieve orgasm, or ejaculation. Basically, whatever function you have on the date of surgery you will likely keep post-surgery.

Regarding your numbness, nobody on this forum will likely be able to express and educated (and otherwise) opinion because your issue is very unique to you. This is a question you simply must ask an implant specialist/urologist.

sorry to hear what ur going trough dont give up and theres hopefully options for everyone.
find the root cause of ur numbness then look for options talk to ur urologist if theres a way to fix the numbness. or maybe it needs to nerves heal and that will take time maybe even months. i would say research carefully. i also went numb dowm there but my doctor sent me back home saying if it does not heal on its own than come back, so dont give up hope. hope this helps
