Advice needed

Hi I was in surgery yesterday is it normal for the penile to swell and pulp up. I have pain there is a change of color in my penis. Need the experts to help me out.
26 years old when implanted
PFS- HF/LF for 3 years

Swelling and bruising is very common following implant surgery. It will all resolve in the days to come.
20 years of severe Peyronie's plaque, 90 curve, hinging and ED. Cost me 1.5" L and 1" G.
Implanted 2/18/21, AMS CX, 18 CM + 3 RTE, penoscrotal. Have gained 3/4". Gay, married, age 68.

Yes, it is very normal to swell up and change color if you've had an implant. Icing it should help.

Yes, exceedingly common. If it looks like a dark short potato then its normal. That is what penile retraction due to trauma & bruising looks like.
I used aspercreme several times a day to help with the tender feeling plus it seemed to keep the skin moisturized.
Be careful to not fall behind schedule on your pain meds if you was given them. Mine had an opioid & 325mg of tyenol in it. I added a single 500mg tyenol with it.

Don't worry.

There's a lot of photos here on the forum of guys who's penises look rather alien post surgery causing a lot of stress. Inevitably it seems that a few weeks out the same guys report that all is good.

Are you icing? If not, you should be. A lot. Constant icing went a long way in keeping my swelling and bruising (and pain) in check.
Active, athletic 63 years old. Sexually, still 33 in my mind and spirit. Pills and injections all worked, until they didn’t. Diagnosed with veinous leakage in 2022. Coloplast Titan. 22 CM. No RTE. Peno-scrotal. Implanted 1/4/23. Dr. Clavell.
