My personal opinion - I cant imagine that a human could generate enough force on that bulb to force enough saline into the cylinders to burst them. The titan has a very high psi limit before the cylinders break.
I'd say do what gives you the best experience. There a lot of a guys who like sex more not being maxed out, and a lot of guys who like being maxed out. I personally before being as inflated as possible for sex.
As for preserving implant lifespan - I just decided not to worry about this. Without tangible or concrete numbers on the use-to-lifespan ratio, I'd prefer to the most enjoyment out of my device and take care of revisions when they arise.

Titan OTR. Dr. Hakky - successful surgery and very happy with outcome.

Re: Cycling not to 100 Percent
I have a lot of thought to the above, now that I’m approaching a more definite date and I agree w Cnidium. Some last longer with crazy amount of use and some are just mildly faulty. I’ll plan on revisions, staying as healthy as possible and hopefully tech reliability improved along the line
42 M. Mild peyronies like symptoms for well over a decade. Mostly related to PFS syndrome I believe. Seriously considering an Implant. Trying to mentally accept the situation, Pills barely work and trimix gel doesn't work, tried injections -hated it.

Not bursting ... just leaking. All it takes is the smallest leak, and the unit needs to be replaced.
Venous Leakage (which I believe caused by my overuse of the Bathmate VED)

Should have been more specific. Am referring to not bursting cylinders, but rather just a leak in the pump or tubing. All it takes is a pinhole leak, anywhere, and the entire unit needs replacement.

Re: Cycling not to 100 Percent
In the AMS there is a pressure release valve.
You can here it kick in, it just circulates the solution back around.
Pump as hard as you like, you won't increase the pressure.
I would assume the titan will have the same system.

Others agree? Disagree?
The Titan and the LGX if I remember correctly are meant to help increase your girth (titan & lgx) and your length (lgx). When I talk to my doctor about if it was possible to over inflate the implant, he said no... The pump can only add so much PSI. The Titan specifically apparently rarely has cylinders fail, what usually fails is the connections if something fails. Apparently the cylinders on the AMS devices are a bit more prone to failure but they don't tend to fail on the connections. That said heavily encouraged me to cycle to the maximum to ensure no loss of length or width and to ensure the surgical capsule would be at its maximum size. Apparently long-term you end up stretching the tunica to some degree as well and if there is a failure that results in a potentially larger implant.... So I'm not terribly concerned if it does fail so long as I've been cycling it correctly.

Should you also worry about general movement causing wear on the implant, such as running or sports? There are so many things that could limit its lifespan, or maybe its something not in your control.
IMO, I'm going to use the device to its fullest when the time arises and replace when needed.

Was not referring to the cylinders. All it takes is a pinhole leak in the pump or somewhere in the tubing for it to fail and replacement needed.

OEM Model has the same issue That's how I got here, one bad seal...

This 100%. My OEM developed a little leak and fucked up 5 years of my life, I'm not going to tiptoe about the replacement, it has to be replaced, it has to be replaced and mean time I'm going to maximize everything I can about it from maximizing the size of the capsule, tunica, etc so that I don't lose (more than the 6 years of ED cost me, a lot of which I've gotten back, yay!) size in the long run.
