I wasn’t planning on measuring till the swelling is gone, looks darn close to oem just eyeballing it.

When i say bump the pump I mean gently move it side to side, ever so slightly, just makes sense to me that it cant adhere if it gets gently moved, no twisting / not trying to inflate… just a gentle side to side. It might not matter, i am sure it gets moved around just walking.

My instructions were to just gently close your fingers behind it. That slides it down very nicely with no pain. Nurse said to do it every time I go pee. Maybe even more often. Small moves not big moves. Grabbing isn't required. Easy peasy to do.

If you think about it. Most men are likely explained what to do by a nurse. At least I was. When I watched her motion I realized that it wasn't really a pulling motion. Just maybe nudging it down by 1/4" or so. Maybe a little farther as the tenderness goes away. At day 2 I don't think I could of handled a true "pull it down" motion.
Btw, the triplets get along fairly well. I actually found that as a surprise.

That’s something that should be mentioned to new guys more often. If done properly the old neighbors seem quite welcoming to the new neighbor. I don’t notice it at all unless i’m pumping it. And i have a somewhat tight scrotum.

Day 3

Slept great, things are still going very good. Girth and length seem intact from what i can tell, swelling is minimal. Bruising is becoming noticeable an my nuts.

The pain meds from surgery are wearing off, pain went from a 0.5 to a 1-2. If i hold still in my chair or bed there is no pain. If i walk around 0.5-1, if it gets bumped or a cat jumps in my lap pain goes to a 4-6.

I think i am going to like the scrotal webbing fix the doc did. It look’s better and i dont think my nuts will be floating off to the sides like they used to, time will tell, but even when icing both nuts seem to stay in front like they should.

I feel tight in my shaft, like it’s being stretched out, kinda nice feeling but worth mentioning.

Took my first poo, thats going to suck for the rest of my time in this inflated state. Even in this partial inflated state I havent been this firm in years.

I pissed first, then wrapped a bunch of TP around the tip, lifted the tip till pressure was released from my taint, i could then relax enough to poo. I am not constipated thank goodness.

best thing I found for the evacuation processes was the receptacle they sent me home with to pee in. Take a seat, slide the mouth of the receptacle over the glans and let 'er rip. #2 would follow in natural order pretty quickly.

I've also got heated bidets in my home bathrooms, so that felt nice.

I bought a couple more of those receptacles from Amazon and had them in the cupboards in all my bathrooms at home. A quick rinse and dump into the toilet and everything's ready for next time.

I had to go on a trip a couple of weeks after surgery, and I gained a new appreciation for urinals in public bathrooms. Step right up with my 70% woody and pee away. Didn't even have to hold it! Got to the point where I'd plan to piss when we were at the airport or a restaurant where I was confident there'd be a urinal. Much easier than toting around a receptacle.
