Anyone get these girth procedures done after an implant? Thinking of just getting a pornstar dick and doing it but would like to see what it looks like and get info on if it still gets rock hard or what.

Spanishxb, I am thinking urofill Perito and Hakky use it and member "riseagain" got good results from it. Curious to know how far out you are from surgery? My girth flucates from 5.5-6in (midshaft) I had a full 6 in midshaft before I injured my dick 7 months ago. I think hakky cutting the scar tissue out helped but as I said before it's not puffing to 6 every time as a matter of fact the only time I got that measurement was the first time I masterbated after surgery lol.

Hilly if I'm reading this correctly and you are seeing a larger measurement when masturbasting, that is to be expected. The implant cant make up for the other tissues besides the cavernosum that expand during arousal. I easily see .5 inch in length and measurably more girth when aroused while fully inflated vs not-aroused when fully inflated.

Most of the major surgeons believe HA to be the safest filler. There is some concern with PMMA (a different, permanent filler) migrating during surgery or rivisions, so the surgeons dont like it. Just remember that HA is not permanent and will need to be reloaded every ~18 months or so.

IMO no harm in trying HA, see if you like it. It can be pricey in the long run.

Yes, when I’m not aroused I’m like 6.5in length and girth Is 5.25 (measured midshaft where peyroines was distal narrowing) which bothers me a bit I guess when I’m with a girl it will be aroused and not that thin?

Idk if just looks a lot thinner to me. Arousal seems to help with the extra tissue expansion but it would be really cool to have like a 5.5-5.75 unaroused and have a 6 in girth. Excited to start VED once hakky clears me to see what that does. At 12 weeks I’ll evaluate.

Nice thanks I’ll search his posts. I was implanted last July 2022. Im bigger than I was pre-implant but I’m still barely below average. Be nice to be a constant 5.5-6” girth. Very spendy yes, but I just sold my house so I have cash to blow and might as well try it once while I’m young. If I love it then I guess I save up $200/month and get it done every time I need a revision of the implant.
