I saw Dr Kramer today about the pump being high and tight. Overall he thought the position was good, but to be perfect he would have liked to see it down about 2cm from where it settled in at. We agreed to let things heal completely and revisit it at the beginning of the new year so that we were not working on a moving target if we decide that it warrants moving the pump. He also said that he could perform a minor surgery to move the contact point of my sack further down on the penis. There is a name for the procedure but I cant remember what it is. The combination of the two should give me the maximum that I capable of. He was not pushing either procedure. He was just letting me know that they were options if I still felt the pump was going to interfere with sex. He said both would take a total of little more than 5 min and that recovery would only be a few days. I believe that he thinks I will be happy where I am by the time that I am completely healed and that I will not want to have anything done.

He showed me exactly how the pump worked with one of the demos models he had there. Showed me the valve mechanism an exactly what it does when it allows the device to be pumped and deflated. You dont see that on your key chain sine it is not a transparent material. We even talked about some ideas that I had on how they could improve it and make it easier to use. He also said that Coloplast is developing a release that is round all the way around instead of having the big ears that the current model has. Those pads cause me more discomfort than anything. They give me a pinching feeling several times a day where the contact my sack.

I was only 3 inches when I came out of surgery. When I saw him at week 3 he said I would be over 5 inches when I healed and probably reach 6 inches. As of today I am now over 5 inches BPL and he thinks I still have another half inch to go in healing and maybe a little more when the head starts swelling again.

Everything he has predicted has happened. Do not hesitate to call Dr Kramer if you are close enough to have him do the surgery. I also have many good things to say about the hospital and the great staff they have there. Right down to the parking attendants that remember you when you come back.

My pump is sitting at the base of my shaft. I constantly pull on it and it doesn't move and my doc thinks its normal.

They can move it with a procedure if thats what you think needs to happen. I think mine is too high as well but Dr. Kramer thinks it is ok where it is. He will move it down if I still think it needs to be moved down after the holidays. That will give me time to heal completely before we make any decisions. I did use it thismorning and it did not interfear with sex with my wife on top. We are going to wait a month or so before we try any other positions because of the horrible pain in the taint that I got when I was doing the pushing. So I wont know for sure if that is going to be a problem until then. Can't stress enough for you to go get a second opinion with somebody that does more than a hundred of these a year. Since you have a Titan I would go see Eiad or Kramer no matter how much it cost me.

I would also do a search of Floppy head on this board. There was a guy on here a few months ago that was rather large and was having problems with a floppy head.

Most likely caused by pumping too much ... you'll find you do not need to max pump for sex. When it gets like that try burping the deflate button just to relieve some pressure.

Have not seen him on here much anymore and could not find his pictures. I was going to recommend that FMR get in touch with him since he is dealing with what seems to be an undersized implant as well.

I had pain at both ends, glans and (if I understand what you mean) taint area for about 3 months post-op when pumping to the max. When it stopped hurting, I stopped growing. Most likely, you're still stretching out. We're all different, but I would think the pain will stop eventually.

I agree with Bionic, max pump is not necessary for sex, and when I've tried it, I've been told its "too hard" by some of the women I've been with. There have been guys who've posted in the past that even vary the hardness (in part at the request of their partners) depending on position.

Genome is who you're referring to, I think. Eventually it got somewhat better for him, and using a "cock ring" and getting engorgement of the glans (which only happens with arousal) I think he reports its workable, but not ideal.

If I had "floppy head", I think I'd keep pumping daily to the max, and wait 3-6 months. If its still a problem and my surgeon doesn't want to do anything else, I agree with Proactive, I'd get a second opinion from a first rate doc. According to AMS literature more than 10% of implantees need revision surgery for one reason or another. I haven't seen statistics from Coloplast, but see no reason why it should be different. I think the rate is well less than 10% here in this forum though. No one really wants to contemplate a second surgery to fix a problem, but it happens. I had to sign a legal statement at least 3 times showing I understood I might need revision surgery. Other guys in this forum have had second surgeries to fix "floppy head".

I guess I should have named this Proactive's journey.

I am just past 10 weeks. 74 days to be exact. Things this morning were back to normal. Swelling in the head for the first time. Girth is coming back. Numbness in the shaft is almost gone. Self control is back. No pain in the taint afterwards. Still 3/4 of an inch shorter than I was before peyronies when I was healthy. However I could do everything I could before and still easily bring my wife to orgasm as I did before. As of today I know that I am going to be 100 percent ability wise to the old me.

This is going to be fun from here on out!
