Double Implant PENUMA with Titan same time ?

I was wondering if anyone have heard/done if it is possible to implant PENUMA for girth enhancement with penial implant at the same time... ?

You don't want them done at the same time- I would get the titan done first and then think about the other later when you've healed

If you read carefully the Penuma with all the risks increases flaccid length only and girth(both flaccid and erect).

Now if you consider an IPP it increases the flaccid length for most of us who are growers. It also improves erect length and girth(compared to what ED does to an erect penis).

I would argue that an IPP plus filler is a safer and better way to increase flaccid length and girth than a silicone sleeve.

Ask Levine,hakky, Taj, or another provider that offers both. I would guess they would do IPP then penuma. However, I have seen one study of them jointly together.
