Cycling question

Postby Hillywilly » Mon May 08, 2023 8:32 am

Week 5 here. I have not been squeezing my penis when deflating. Doing so makes me squimish. Is this a problem?

My understanding is the one touch allows you to deflate w one touch?

Further my flaccid is only about .75 in shorter than my erect is this pretty normal?

I am also about 5 weeks. My flaccid state is also only a little shorter than erect, many on this site say that with time it will increase in length. In the meantime I will keep cycling and hope for the best.

Thanks for the reply man. How are you doing with the squeezing of the shaft? I don't like it at all and haven't done it. I hope it doesn't adversely effect my outcome.

You should squeeze the remaining fluid out, until you are around 3 months out from surgery. If you don’t push all the saline back into the reservoir, the tissue around the reservoir will heal to that size and you won’t be able to totally deflate.
Yes, it feels weird to squeeze all the fluid out of your implant, but you should.

This is not only for you penile implant but the reservoir too:

Surgical Capsule Definition

Capsule formation is a potential postoperative risk of an inflatable penile implant surgery. If no cycling (successive cycles of penile implant inflation and deflation) occurs soon after surgery, penis size may be reduced due to the growth of a psuedo-capsule around the inflatable cylinders.

Thanks man. Think it Is too late for me? I'm 5 weeks.

Also, how do I know I am totally deflated?

I have the Boston Scientific AMS 700 LGX, so after I hold in the deflate button for 4 or more seconds, it deflates. The AMS pump makes a noise so you can tell that it is deflating. When the noise stops, I squeeze my shaft several times to make sure all the fluid is out. When I'm squeezing you can hear that you are getting more fluid out of the implant tubes.

If you have a Titan, I'm not familiar with how they deflate.

I squeeze the shaft after some of the fluid comes out but no matter how hard I squeeze no more fluid comes out, I honestly don't mind because I have a little chubby in my pants which makes me feel like a bionic brother.

After max or near-max inflation i press the deflate button for awhile and do nothing. The pressure will come down to about 50% by itself. Then squeeze. Early on i was squeezing much harder than necessary. I’ve found that all it takes is a gentle squeeze and patience. That last 50% takes another minute or so. I squeeze till the cylinders flatten as much as possible.

I can feel fluid moving through the bulb during deflation. A slight buzzing sensation.

When fully deflated my dick has a misshapen look. This corrects on its own after a few minutes and looks normal.

I've done both (squeeze and natural drain while depressing buttons), but for comfort and such, I seem to prefer NOT squeezing and i do NOT have a one touch (classic).

When I'm cycling, I do squeeze it as empty as I can get... interestingly, there is a difference between top and bottom compression and side to side compression for me, I can deflate further side to side, but I don't fully empty anytime except cycling... it's not as comfortable as leaving it whatever level of inflation that equalizes at.
