Re: Are we partially inflated or fully inflated after surgery
Apparently you haven’t watched all of his youtube videos. This, and many more questions have been answered there. Also, Dr. Clavell emailed or texted me links to videos explaining precisely what would happen before, during, and after the surgery.
How can you possibly not know the answer to this?
The short answer though is yes, you will be partially inflated for 6 weeks.
I’d suggest that you have some learning to do about the implant you now are the owner of. Start with every youtube video he made.

I did go through the steps in his videos he send with the text link. But I was just curious if he partially inflated me or fully cause I cant seem to wear pants. I was thinking he inflated me to the max

Re: Are we partially inflated or fully inflated after surgery
Entourage, please be aware that 100% is a poor description. 100% that your post ED penis will hold is vastly different from the 100% that your penis will hold after several weeks/months of consistent cycling. So in other words what you now might view as 100% might truely only be 50% after your recovery.

Post-op, inflated 50% to 60% by surgeon. Yes, I gained a lot of girth and some length with my Titan.

Post-op, I swore I had a full woody, BUT the 50% to 60% inflation... PLUS the swelling was misleading.

Re: Are we partially inflated or fully inflated after surgery
Depends on the surgeon and what he decided before closing your incisions.
Some surgeons will leave you virtually uninflated and depend on post-op cycling to stretch out the scar tissue that begins forming immediately. This allows the scar tissue capsule that forms around your reservoir to be as large as possible, ensuring the ability to deflate completely (which is hard to do because the pump does not force the fluid OUT of your penis). Also, if your tunica was weak, the surgeon might want to let it heal better without a residual stress on it in the first days/weeks after surgery.
Some surgeons leave you inflated to upwards of 80% of capacity.
Some surgeons have you cycling your implant mere days after surgery, some have you waiting more than a month.
The surgeons style, training and judgement on the condition of your tissues that he found during surgery all weigh in on the decision of what degree of inflation you will have post-op.
No one here can give you a definitive answer except that 100% inflation (to my knowledge) has never been reported as any member's experience. The greatest I have seen reported (as I recall) is 80% and the least, I don't know.

Re: Are we partially inflated or fully inflated after surgery
My surgeon told me she inflated me to 40%. My full activation is on June 2, 2023. I cannot wait, the anticipation is killing me I went through deflation on May 3, 2023. It was a very painful experience. It took me over the edge.
I was screaming in pain.
I hope I do not have the same experience on June 2.

Where was the pain? My surgeon took me from 80% down to 70-75% because I testified that it felt like my glans was in a vise. But the only pain I felt actually from the deflation was in the skin of my scrotum where he was pressing the deflate button. It was excruciating, but did not last once he released the button.

Re: Are we partially inflated or fully inflated after surgery
My doc inflated me at least 80% and left it that way for 4 weeks. excruciating pain for the whole 4 weeks. Good thing I was retired because my dick was sticking straight out. Even a loose shirt tail hit it and I was through the roof. I made a paper roll sleeve with padding to put over it so nothing would touch it.
