some background

- surgery finished/ this is all postop
- i had no erection for 3 years, since summer before covid....
- i wanted malleable from start
- inflatable seems annoying and messy, more difficult to heal and multiple incisions etc....
- constant erection seemed nice to me
- yes i am young, i read so many stories about men who wished they did implants earlier/younger= give me the implant... f*** the drugs..
- price was good, under 10 000 usd

my dick bent up and right in erection before,
now it bends slightly down and right
it is good, because i think horizontal/down-bend erection is sexier... so im happy with that.

however, as opposed to marketing, the implant does not bend and remain in a different position.
no. you cannot reposition the implant like a gearchange in your car and put in i a different ... angle.
it just sticks out and wobbles slightly and is 90% as rigid as a normal erection
a normal erection is in a fixed hard position = corporas fill up like a hard balloon rigid..
the implant penis just... wobbles. it is hard, but not as fixed as a normal erec.
and it bends up or down if you force it, put it returns to a horizontal/slightly down position immediately.
so DO NOT BELIEVE THE MARKETING, iimplant does not change into other fixed positions.
but it doesnt matter,

it is definitely hard and rigid enough to fuck with =) =) =)

Hey Good luck with your implant!!
I have some questions.
1- If you can not bend tactra then how you conceal it when you are outside? Can someone observe your implant by looking at you when you are outside??
2- Who is your doctor and in which country you got the implant?
3- What are erosion chances in tactra? Have you discussed it with your doctor that by continue pressure, malleable can do erosion??
4- Why did you choose tactra over rigicon???
5-What do you think that you did the right decision??

Do you think with the malleable you will never have to have another revision? That is why I originally decided I wanted the malleable but then someone told me they knew someone who’s malleable failed and now they are in constant pain because they can not get a revision.

All is not perfect with malleables. If you read his entire posting history. He specifically says to plan on revisions.
I believe that his case is uniquely severe. But it does point out that things can go wrong.
Btw, he does say that he believes that part of the implants failure is due to bending it to avoid the constant erection appearance.

If you can not bend tactra then how you conceal it when you are outside?
when i stand up the penis kindof retracts by body position so it doesnt point straight out... only slight bulge if commando.

What are erosion chances in tactra?
erosion, by scientific studies is very unlikely, because silicone is very soft.

Why did you choose tactra over rigicon???
rigikon is turkiye-linked... less prestigeous

What do you think that you did the right decision??
my penis is 18-19cm bp now, i am satisfied from having a zombie penis for 3 years....

Do you think with the malleable you will never have to have another revision
I think i might go little bigger =)
doc said i can fit wider and little longer maybe...
in the future..

He cant get a revisions because he doesnt have the money or its an impossible surgery? How can the surgery be that difficult to perform for a second malleable?
Venous like since I was 20 years old. Pills don't work too well. Thinking of implant in the future
