He cant get a revisions because he doesnt have the money or its an impossible surgery? How can the surgery be that difficult to perform for a second malleable?

Either way I think his case is unique because I’m pretty sure with a malleable chances are slim to none that you will need another revision anyways

It takes one of two things to get a revision.
1: Insurance.
2: Cash.
He has neither. My perspective is that lots of malleable supporters like the cheaper price. If money is hard to get for your first implant. It'll likely be hard to pay for a revision.

Thanks brother for your review on the malleable and best wishes for your new life!

Is it possible to receive, (even in private) close-up photos of your implanted penis? in order to understand more.
for the rest, keep us updated on everything!

Thanks

before any more reviews...
i will post a pic of the penis before implant... somewhat aroused.
some blood fills it, but... like barely... dont know what to say... 10%? 20%...
it is a standing pic and my erection was always weak standing....
def not hard enough for sex....

gonna post after i take some after pics.
havent taken any pics after implant, one video in shower, not gonna post that one...
gonna take a photo sitting down...gives me the best appearance, but need to be horny, because blood still fills the dick, even with an implant in.

no pain from surgery...weird
penis was ,...tired/sore from being hard always + swelling was uncomfortable 1-2 weeks.
made sure to wrap it up with some pressure everyday. doc wanted to let it be free, but i was the one getting a swollen numb foreskin, so i wrapped it until swelling stopped 1-2 weeks later.

the catheter scratched my urethra so pissing burned for 1+' week.
was on antibiotics for 3 weeks because of suspected skin infection.
but all healed.

Please note:
B.Sc. Tactra 11mm width is not big. 2 x 11mm is not a wide penis.
if the doc gives you a choice, take 13mm width/maximum.
i feel like my dick was wider before implant, but am not sure because it looks kinda wide now... but it is just my .... feeling
if i revise.
i will take 13mm... or maximum width,
the swelling after surgery made me happy with the width... but now after healing... 11mm is not ... impressive... if i get implanted i want it to look wider
i think i was little wider before, but doc said i could have fitted with 13mm ,
so i want that,

doc also said he could put maybe little longer implant in... so i am excited for the future.

Waiting for pics bro.

Did you ever size yourself pre implant?

I’m thinking of going malleable on my revision
30 yrs old. Current IPP failed in 2022. Waiting revision. No insurance. I’ve had both Titan & AMS.

Have you gotten pussy yet with your new Tactra?
