Sorry about the specific gif, but I couldn't find a nicer one This pose would be bad for the implant in my opinion. The constant movement of the implant up and down in the base most likely puts quite a lot of stress on the tubes that are connected to the cylinders. Constant pulling and stretching? Opinions?

Not sure what you are thinking about tugging and pulling on the penis that's been implanted. Nothing is different, the cylinders only replace the corpora cavernosa instead of filling with blood. The tubes are stronger than what you were born with. In my 3+ years so far my penis has been tugged, pulled, bent in every direction and used frequently for sex.
