Implant route after scarring/Peyronies

For the fellow members who have been using injections then went to implant route I have 2 main questions :
1. I have read a lot that during injection use , one may develop scarring undetectable from eye and touch which may contribute to size loss. Also that one should use VED daily to maintain size and stretch the scarring during injections. Is this true and which regimen of VED to use daily to maintain size if scarring or Peyronie occurs?

2. Can the surgery help to regain the size lost from scarring or Peyronies or is that a lost cause?

Yes injections can cause scar tissue to build up. It varies greatly from one to another. If you use a very good high volume surgeon it should not be any issue unless it’s a very major case of scarring which you would be well aware of most likely. Yes you should use a VED for several months prior to implant most Drs agree on this. I followed a very common schedule of at least 30 minutes/ twice a day pump til comfortably hard and gradually add a bit more til I felt a slight bit discomfort and hold for 30 minutes. Injections hit me hard most times but only used 1-2 times a week which isn’t enough. Hence the VED. You are mimicking your bodies natural cycle of getting an erection during your sleep cycle which should naturally happen once or twice a nite. Good luck with your future

I agree with Rider's counsel. And from my experience, even if you get a good amount of scarring, a high volume surgeon can get through it during the implant procedure. I have said this before but Eid reported after my implant surgery that I had been obliterated with scarring but he got through it and my size now is greater than pre-op.

After years of ED and noticing shrinkage I started researching remedies ( oh .. I discovered I also had peyronie's disease once I started injections). I came across Dr. Perito's video talking about " use it or lose it " . Panicked I immediately bought a VED and used that WITH a penimaster pro. The penimaster pro is a traction device . The difference with the " pro " is that instead of choking the glans it has a glans chamber that uses a vacuum to lock your penis into the device . I believe by using these 2 devices that not only did I save my length and girth , but I may have even increased it . I worked the 2 religiously- stretch, pump , stretch , pump . It worked for me
