My situation was very similar. I started to notice a decrease in pain three weeks post op. The tissue in my scrotum also was sticking to the pump. That too resolved itself somewhere around the 8 week mark. You just have to be patient and give it time while your body heals itself.
50 y/o. Cialis, viagra stopped working. Trimix caused severe scar tissue at base of penis and was diagnosed with Peyronie’s. Tried Verapamil injections w/o success. 10/26/22 AMS 700CX, 21cm implanted.

Hate to tell you this but my pain lasted almost 5 months. A reaction to the antibiotic on the cylinders had me feeling like my shaft was sunburned or the skin had been ripped off. It decreased as the months passed, but every time I'd inflate that burn feeling would start up again.
Give it time to heal. It makes me mad too, hearing guys say "no pain".

Implanted 4-18-2023.. I had terrible pain for the first 8 days, the result was my pain med plan was inadequate. My pain level wa 10. The adjusted my pain med plan to one Oxycodone every 4 hours and two regular Tylenol every 6 hours. About day 12 things improved and was able to cut back. But you will have to fight for yourself here, raise hell with the Urologist and go to the Emergency room telling to them you have pain at level 10. One good thing that occured was that a urologist at the Emergency room recognized the pain issue and he checked out my surgery and there was no issues such as infection etc.

I had a peniscrotal incision, that was not my choice but the surgeon's choice. I am doing a lot better now and activation is June 2. The implant was left partly inflated about 40%. The first deflation was May 3. That hurt a lot. Be prepared for that. I had the doctor give me an ice pack to go home and then took an Oxycodone when I got home.

Yes there are many that have severe pain, many that don't.
Inflammation is the key contributor to the pain. I have a conflict in my regular meds that restrict me to Tylenol. But I hear Motrin is better for inflammation, but I cannot take that. See if you can swich to that safely.

After I got on an impoved pain med plan my inflammation went down. Then I seemed to have turned the corner for my recovery at day 12. I still have discomfort in my balls For that Tylenol is working, but it takes about an hour to get some relief. I wake up at night with my ball sack pain, then I take Tylenol, but like I said it takes a while to kick in.

This is really serious surgery, I can't believe I went thru it. But remember your goal and it will be worth it in the end By the way it helps to sleep commando style. I cannot wait for June 2 to come. I know from others it will take several more months to get things to be with no pain when inflating. This is a journey that will change your life for the better forever. Stick with it, I was really discouraged as I sat around hurting a lot.

Keep reaching out to the FT brothers for advice, there are many here willing to help. No questions are stupid. Also if it were not for my wife I do not know how I would have made it this far.

You are right Bill. I tried contacting the doc he's out of town. The nurse won't prescribe painkillers. Its been a tough couple of days. You are so glad to have your wife by your side. Im sure it helps a lot. Being ny my self wasn't very easy the first few days. This journey is def not an easy one.

Blessings and prayers for you
