Massive pain from both ends of the scrotum tynenol not doing the work Dr. Clavell is out till Thrusday. Don’t know how I’m gonna f*ing pay the emergency bill. The US billing system is the worst for ER. Im just going to go for the malleable I can sense what’s wrong but it is what it is

Tylenol never worked for me. What worked was ibuprofen 600 or 800.

Symptoms are puffy scrotum.
Extreme pain from scrotum
Can’t stand or walk
Almost at the zone when I passs out of pain
Itching feeling from the scrotum

Usually this pain goes away if you relax and sit down. Do you feel better after a hot bath/shower?
I suggest you to change pain medication or ask Dr. Clavell office to give you a stronger pain killer like Keterolac. Pls note that I am not a doctor and I can only share what worked for me. Tylenol never did but Ibuprofen was a god saver.

Tylenol barely works for me or my brother. Aspirin seems better. Ibuprofen works way better for me but if I take the max recommended dose for 5-6 days I will break out in hives.
My pain meds were not very effective for days 4 & 5. So I took ibuprofen to make it bearable.
Even if your dr is out of the office there should be a person designated to act in his absence. If the pain is as bad as you say then you need to find that person.
As for infection. Most of the cases of infections that I have read about didn't show up this quickly.

You said you texted clavell about your symptoms the other day and were awaiting a reply. So What did Clavell say about all this??????????????????????????????????????????????????

Just talked to Clavell he seen a picture of the scrotum and now prescribing more pain meds.But he's getting in touch after a surgery I will ask for a week of more anti biotics.

So it sounds like it is not a bacterial infection but one of anxiety instead. Take the pain meds and relax don't let your mind race to conclusions. I constantly worried about infection too because I have an anxious nature. I've taken 3 rounds of anitbiotics just because I wanted to and Dr. Hakky said I could if it would give me peace of mind.

My guess is every guy is worried about being the guy that ends up with an infection...

Don't let your mind race SSRI's and Opioids helped me get through those early days.
