Filler injections for girth after implant ?

I am getting implanted in two days with a Titan/ old style pump. I researched pmma but ended up going with Loria out of Florida, i had two rounds of a silikon 1000 mix, i am very happy with it, went from 5 1/4 mid girth to 6 1/4. Some have strong opinions for both, kinda like the titan vs ams on here. I think both options can give great permanent girth gains, of course do your own homework, i am not advocating either… but happy with a thicker cock.

My thought back then, wrongly so, was i keep going soft during sex because i cant feel it very well because my wife gets so wet during sex. Well, sex feels so much better for me and her, 6 months or so of amazing sex, Then same old problems, always able to start, cant finish, cant change positions etc… cialis working less and less. I told Clavell about the loria procedure and he highly recommends NO pmma or silikon but it will not impact my implant procedure.

If you do get pmma or Silikon, i think the best advice is massage daily, if you feel any potential bumps, squeeze them like little zits, i had two that popped and went away, 100 percent natural feeling. The first doctor i saw about an implant examined me and didnt say anything/ or ask if i had done something. “Everything looks good” then proceeded to tell me … dont get an implant, you will lose 1 to 1 1/2 inches of length… thank you to this forum and the high volume surgeon recommendations, Clavell disagrees and thinks i should maintain oem length.

I had https://phallofill.com/ done after my implant. I did not want silicone. I know 2 guys that did silicone 1 very happy the other not so much. They with either silicone or HA filler is to massage it and get rid of lumps/bumps.

HA will only last 18 months, isn't cheap but always reverseable if there is an issue.

I was probably about 5 3/4 now over 6 1/4. The key is how much do you want to add or pay for. I am not a big guy so I didn't want to go too big or have a spongy dick. They can go as large as your skin will stretch

I wouldn’t haves guessed it was as big as 5 inches. I would have guessed smaller.
Does it have be fully inflated to remove the lumps?
I’ve seen filler on guy in Fort Lauderdale and his shaft is not proportional to the head. It looks deformed.
Seeing the picture of your penis makes me nervous because I don’t want to have to walk around walk hard to hide the lumps.
