After Implant Surgery- what does everyone’s significant other think vs pre-bionic ?

I had severe ED before my implant mostly due to back issues that required 4 surgeries. I had atrophy which left me with a baby carrot and my wife was very understanding. After implant surgery I have an amazing 7 inch cucumber and my wife loves it. She loves it to be inflated as she doing oral and at 63 it gets her wet as an 18 year old. We have an incredible sex life and wish I knew about IPP’s earlier in the game.
