How long could you tell there was an implant in there?

Postby Ecbbrown » Sat May 27, 2023 9:54 pm

Hi guys! Curious to know how long it usually takes for people to not feel the implant in their penis. This is a concern of mine as I am pretty small when i’m flaccid. Can you tell something is in there and if so, does that awareness ever go away? Thanks in advance!
48; Oral meds early 20s-mid 30s. Lots of side effects. Inject ever since, with 4 hrs or longer episodes of priapism. Thought was OK since they weren't longer. PD now. Logistics & pain of injecting have made me seriously consider an implant.

For me it is just about always. I was really small flaccid and a grower. Now I am a shower. That is all the time and the confidence and even a good feeling walking around "packing" a nice package that goes with it.
Injections failed. Implanted 3-21-18 AMS 700 LGX 21 + 1 RTE 100 cc reservoir 6.5" L 5" G Dr. Kramer.

It is very comfortable always. I am 6.5 hard but implant does not shrink like a normal penis. I am 5 1/2 totally soft. I like to wear it with 3 or 4 pumps in it. Mine is 5 years old.

I’m almost 5 months postop. When deflated i’m completely unaware of it. Unless i touch it, in which case i can feel the cylinders, especially near the tips. I’ve read in another post someone describe it like “two plastic drinking straws” in their dick. I don’t agree. They are not nearly that rigid. They are soft and pliable. Nobody can tell by looking that i have an implant, except those who knew me pre-implant. My flaccid is bigger now, which is great. A partner squeezing your flaccid can tell there’s something different probably. My girlfriend can feel them, but it doesn’t bother her at all. In fact, she likes pumping me up.

4 or 5 pumps stretches the cylinders such that they cannot be felt by a partner unless they really are looking for them. If felt, they’ll be felt near the glans and not the shaft.

As member “Tangerine” nice wrote: “I didn’t do this for maximum flaccid, i did it for maximum sex”. I agree and my inflated Titan serves me very well.

Apart from being able to feel with my fingers when flaccid, i go through my day now almost completely unaware that it’s there. I feel it when i pee, but that’s about it. No discomfort at anytime unless i max inflate…then it feels a bit tender in the glans after about :45 minutes. I’m still cycling twice daily and expect this to continue to improve.

Hi Ecdbrown, i am 6 weeks out, and when deflated i can go hours without being reminded i have it, i was also a grower and my penis could be 1 inch and a half long at times  so the first couple of weeks are a challenge but well worth it.

Look at it this way, your current state is not going to get better, so if you want to still have sex just bite the bullet.

Took me maybe 6 months to not feel it all the time. Yes, it is a 4 1/2" flaccid instead of a 2 inch weenie now. A bulge that does not go away. But compared to my old unreliable member, it's the best!

Totioti,

so what did it feel like those first few weeks, besides the pain of recovering from the surgery?

And thanks to everyone for their responses. Makes me feel better!

Not for me. Some men have posted having trouble with it. They are embarrassed by the bulge and fear others seeing it. I am fine with it. Titan implants have this but my LGX gives me the option of deflating all the way or having a bit in to resemble a Titan. My pain went away after I started cycling at 3 weeks.
