Tomorrow is 3 weeks since my surgery. I still have some pain in my undercarriage area but I think it's getting better. I still ice for about 2 -4 hours a day and I don't do much.

I'm going to start walking a bit tomorrow. Just to get moving a little bit.

I'm also still taking Tylenol. The pain I do have is piercing in my left testicle. Annoying more than anything. Maybe a 5 overall.

As far as my cock goes, it's gotten considerably smaller in the last few weeks, which is a bit worrisome.

Doc says I'm "60% inflated" but I don't know if that means I'm at 60% of the size I will reach or not. If this is my length I would say I'm highly disappointed at this point and may have a long road ahead of me cycling.

My balls are also still really swollen so I can't really feel the pump yet. Probably normal but worth reporting..

I'll keep this going to learn more and give the new guys something to follow

Zenman, I had everything you you have at three weeks. Some guys heal quicker and have less pain. You’ll be fine just have patience. The doc wanted me to pull down on the pump too, it was difficult at that stage where you are but I kept trying to just barely get my fingers on it to pull down. I didn’t think I was really doing anything, but when I went back for my 6 week appointment the doc was pleased with where the pump sat at.

Let us know when you get to cycling your implant, because that’s gonna be another area we’ll help you through.

Hang in there!

Appreciate that. I'm sure I'll have a lot of questions once I get there. Thanks

When I asked Dr. Clavell if I should be pulling on the pump because I had read so many guys on FT talk about having to do it, he said "no, I placed it right where it needs to be, no need to pull on it"

He was right, it's located perfectly and at a slight angle so that my right hand and thumb land on it correctly to manipulate the button. I never pulled on it or tried to relocate it.

I’d consulted with Dr. Perito who told me about the need to pull the pump down using his surgical method. I admit i found the idea a bit cringy so soon after surgery.

Like you, my pump is perfectly placed and even has that correct ergonomic angle where the release valve/bar is perfectly aligned with the angle of my hand as i reach down. Frankly, im amazed how good the positioning was.

I still feel that way as I read about guys being directed to tug on it to relocate it in their sack. No thanks, makes me pucker up thinking about it. :|

I'm with you. I'm not sure if I was instructed to do that or not as I'm not sure I was instructed to do anything lol

The good news is, I can actually start to feel the pump a little bit as the swelling has subsided a lot. I still have a bit of pain in my left testicle but that's much less than it was too.

I just keep icing it along the way. I try to heat pad the other day too which seem to help a little bit.

I had my surgery 5/30/23 with Dr. Clavell, I'm on day 3. I would have to agree with Zenmasterdj regarding the experience at the hospital the morning of surgery . A quick in and out off to work. But the last thing he said was do you have any

concerns or questions, at that point I was in control . Clavelle was the 2nd doctor I talked to, his bedside manor at the consult was outstanding. He spent at least 45 minutes with me, he was confident he could correct the severe peyronies

along with the ed. We discussed my problem and his plan on how to repair, referring to his video on the procedure.

As I was driving home I was thinking man this guy likes his career choice. The first doc I consulted with is a prominent Urologists in Houston, he doesn't do nearly the volume .He spent no more than 15 minutes with me.

His parting words were "at least you don't have prostate cancer anymore". Clavell's follow up was great he called me at 8am 2nd day to check on things and give further instructions. At this juncture I am very pleased with Dr. Clavell.

We choose these high volume doctors because they do a lot of cases , see a lot of crazy shit and they know how to handle it. We may miss out on the pre -op banter ,would I have liked him to personally wheel me into

the operating room ? yeah, I would've, but his hot! nurse anesthetist did , not a bad trade off.

Zenmasterdj, how you flew 15 hours that soon after surgery I cant even imagine. No! way I could fly at this point. Hats off to you sir!

Same results here, pump is nicely tucked between my two testacles and tilts slightly back so blends in with my testacles. This is what it all about "awesome results"! some of you guys nit pick about Dr. Clavell but the man is a first class surgeon and for me that is at the top of my list of skills I want from my doctor.
62 yrs old first implanted 9/4/2012 Titan OTR, lasted 10 years failed on 9/7/2022. Revision by Dr. Clavell 4/5/2023. 24cm + 1cm RTE's, Titan OTR. 110CC cloverleaf reservoir. Penoscrotal both times.
