I have been suffering from atypical penile fracture which has not been treated.

Had "pop" erect ---> immediate flat.--- bad purple bruisng

Didnt go to hospital on top (dont remember exact several days to weeks).

By the time I got to ER most of swelling went down and brusing disappeared & no major deformities. Thus Dr. misdiagonsed it and didnt even send me for mri, despite what happened.

Mine was one of those rare atypical penile fracture that shows in the medical journal where no erectile chmaber is invovled, isolated bucks fascia using VED , isolated spongiosum tear.

I "heard pop" immediate loss of erection, black brusing bottom of penis but no extreme pain but fat eggplant.But none of thise were presenting when I went to ER.( dumb me went 2 weeks later) Went to 6 ER all brushed me off.

Said go home rest we will book you for uroloist in couple months for referral.

Did US with caverject and that made it worse cuz I swear I felt everything getting degloved inside the penis. Then Doctor says your tunica is fine so take PDE5.

Several weeks later i heard another pop, right below neck of glan of penis and sposum to mid of shaft totally went flat and felt a string that connects to beck of glan to shaft just popped and felt this thread releasing to bottom of base of penis

Now I have sever ED, cant ejaculate cuz distal to glan spongiosum is flat, severe urinary retentuon poblems killing my life.

My hole penis skin underneath fills detached, no ses ation, and fascia that keep erectile chmaber and spongiosum is no longer there.

My penis elongates , ballons up (not erect) , wont retract. I am 100% certain my dartos/bucks fascia is torn the skin is totaly lost elasticity and penis shape changes to squished eggplant during flaccid. No structure at all.

Penis is always wet, rubbery, 0 sensation.
Since then 0 engorgement from mid to neck of glan, cant urinate.

I lived that for several years now , but shit turn for worst. Now constant pain, cant walk, cant sick stomach pain, fatique, penis deformity is going crzy. Cant walk or sit for mins.

Waking up with swollen penis in the morning (after nocturnal election)

Trying to find a doctor that is willing to help.

I would love to get implant ASAP but i dont think i cam be a candidate with these pre-exisiting conditions.

Any doctor who can perform surgery?

Seems Hakky does buried penis surgery as well.
Mayve he can do degloving since he does subcoronal ipp as well, and perhaps check for torn areas in chambers and graft defects in fascia (since he does that for buried penis as well)

The top doctors usually here don’t just “do implants”. Remember, they are board certified urologists specializing in men’s sexual health.

There is no one of late posting on the forum i’ve seen that shared your unique set of issues so it’s unlikely you’ll get any helpful perspectives from the bionic brothers currently actively posting. If they are here, i’m sure they’ll speak up.

Most of us would advise doing whatever it takes to see one of the top surgeons asap.
