I'm in Iowa City, Iowa and just starting to learn about implants. I have not yet decided if I want to go that route. I would very much appreciate meeting with someone for "show and tell." It would help me tremendously in figuring out what to do. I would really like to touch the penis after inflation and maybe try the pump. I'm hung up on thinking an inflated penis can't possibly feel natural, and especially the glans that does not inflate. I'm gay, so maybe another gay guy would be willing to help me with this. I've had life long erectile issues. Daily 10mg of cialis helps just a little, but not much. Pumps seem cumbersome and awkward. I can't afford the trimix shots. So I don't have many options. Thanks.

This message is long after the original. I'm certainly willing to talk about my implant and to show how it works. I had a friend who did that for me and it helped enormously in making the decision to go ahead. Now 2 months post-op and I'm a changed man. So please Frank, could you please advise others who live down here in Australia of my ability to help, even if it's via a Skype or Zoom session.
