Have you come yet?

Postby LM-N-TX » Wed May 31, 2023 4:29 pm

You guys on franktalk.org helped me with some excellent advice and shared your wisdom about…
The surgery of an implant and the after care. With cycling techniques & best methods for cycling. First time use of an implant. Now I need your recommendation for the last stage of this journey.
The CLIMAX!!!
I’m not worried about it but I wondered about you for the first time coming. It has been 10 weeks since my surgery and nothing yet. I heard it takes about 6 months to a year sometimes. I still enjoy sex anyway and could still go on forever but would like the feeling of satisfaction again and so would my wife. So…
1. How long after your surgery did you climax for the first time?
2. Did you take any medication to help it along?
3. Do you have any tips or tricks that could help us all climax or climax easier?
4. If you have never come after a climax at all, how many months has it been after your surgery with no climax?
5. If you never climax again, do you and your partner still enjoy sex anyway?

I know everybody is different and really haven’t read any regrets on this website. So please let’s share the knowledge so we can all learn something.

Never ever had a problem from implant day one. Sorry to hear of your issue. Could it be that you’re overthinking it? Just inflate and have a good time. Are you on any meds for depression? A lot of the seratonin uptake inhibitors can cause anorgasmia.

This has many old threads on it. You can do a search and find a lot of reading on the topic and a lot more replies than you will get to this thread. That will give you not only the threads on this section but also the anorgasmia section of this forum.

I had trouble after surgery and it gradually improved after time. This is the case with most mem that have this. I think it has to do with the trauma and that things are a bit different with the device implant. Just takes a while to adjust to and get back to normal amount of time for orgasm.

Sorry to hear you're having this issue.
I find some lube and the wife's hand is good foreplay to get me going. Toys are an exciting addition to help. Maybe a hands-free men's stroker toy, lube up and let the machine do the work. Once you hit that first climax maybe they will happen easier.
Also you are just recently implanted? It does take 6-12 months to fully heal, but by the 3rd or 4th month your sensations should be returning. Hope you find a solution.

Hey Bud

Hang in there. It’ll get better.

I had first sex at 10 weeks. Visited my girl in Thailand and had sex on average twice a day for 3 weeks. I had my concerns. I came about 50% of the time. Sex with the implant involves some mental adjustment. The act of pumping itself is novel. Was still healing truth be told. Cycling still made me sore and fucking beyond :30-:45 minutes made my dick sore and i’d have to tap out.

I was PS and only then did i realize i still had numbness on my scrotum and lower shaft, affecting sensitivity. But still, 50% success, albeit uncomfortable, was MUCH better than my previous 100% failure rate! Each episode was still pleasurable, even if i didn’t cum.

My girlfriend’s patience and positive attitude made a big difference. She was fascinated and enjoyed pumping it up herself. That made it fun.

Good news is now, at 5 months postop, that numbness and tolerance for pumping to max have greatly improved. I find pumping to about 90% is totally painless, is plenty hard for sex, and sensitivity is way beyond where it was at 10 weeks.

My only outlet of late has been masturbation. In 6 weeks i return to my girl in Thailand and i’m VERY optimistic for an even better experience.

Where you are now, still cycling, you’re basically in the midst of physical therapy on your dick….even though you can technically have sex. Where you are now is not where you’ll be a bit further down the road. I know you’re anxious to get back to your old self. It’ll happen. Hang in there.

I was one of those guys who struggled to cum after my implant.

Sometimes I use 20MG of cialis an hour before sex and sometimes a uretha gel (aprostadal).

Whether those make a difference, I don't know. I think the healing of the implant, time and the stimulation make the difference.

I am 11 months out and if horny, I can cum 2 - 3 times a day so I guess you could say my inability to release has resolved itself. :D

OK I've got to do an undated post. Yesterday approximately 11 weeks after my implant surgery I climaxed. I won't go into great detail but it was a big one. Seam to last 15-20 seconds and took me a minute before I came down and could talk. I don't know if it was a record but I really don't care. I feel like going back to the doctor and giving him a big bonus because this whole thing was worth more than I could have imagined.

So for you guys sitting on the fence about the surgery jump down the side of yes and find you a good doctor a just get it done
:D

Congratulations brother! Happy for you!

That first orgasm is a big moment for all us bionic brothers. You had almost 3 months of asking yourself “is this REALLY going to work?”. During the early slog of recovery i’d guess most of us have our doubts.

I remember my first postop orgasm. I’d had a few masturbation sessions where it just didn’t happen. The novelty and the soreness. After that first one all i could think is….”YES!!” :D
