Confused in Fort Lauderdale
Re: Confused in Fort Lauderdale
I think your point of view on implant is wrong, its not something you do to spice up your sexual life or get it just to keep with someone who has stronger and longer lasting erections, its for people who can´t have sex anymore, its your last shot and many people are happy they are able to have sex again, but it can go wrong, it should look like natural dick when done by good surgeon, how it feels to touch I don´t know, I don´t have it but again its implant, its solution for problem not upgrade, natural dick filled with blood will always be better, but that doesn´t mean you wouldn´t be able to have same or even better sexual experiences with it.

I'm not gay, but I have the same fears about women's opinions. I'm interested in women in the 55 plus range and I would want to think they would be more forgiving and a bit more mature than the guys you hang around, but I can't help but think some of them will be scared or repulsed by it.
But despite that I want to get it for me and my own sexual intensity. I can't even masturbate without it oscillating between hard and soft, so if there's only one solution then I want to take it. You don't live forever. So if you do it do it for you and don't worry too much about the opinions of a bunch of promiscuous guys

Born 6/15/74. I have substantial venous leak with fairly severe hour-glassing, but no hard plaques. My urologist is sexual health expert Dr. Laurence Levine who performed a Doppler Ultrasound and diagnosed me with VL in 2020. I also have mild BPH

If you haven’t already read it, a forum member who appears in gay films posted here about his experience with the implant. Here it is:

Re: Confused in Fort Lauderdale
My ex-wife and I were swingers. We attended our fair share of sex parties. The host of one regular event sported a CONSTANT boner all day. Poolside, cooking out, and during group sex. In amazement i asked him his secret.
“Just viagra” he lied. During one late night session I was enjoying his missus as my wife gave him head on his back. This was after watching him engage in sex with multiple wives that night. As my wife worked her magic, i noticed that he had FALLEN ASLEEP with a full erection! I have a video of this which was pretty funny at the time. (i shared it with him).
I’d never heard of an implant. Later, one of his best friends in The Lifestyle told me the truth. Suddenly it made sense.
To your point. Not one female that i am aware of detected anything “plastic” about his dick. He fucked numerous partners throughout the day, including my wife, and even with him falling asleep with it in her mouth, she did not discern anything unusual.
Yeah. i guess it would really suck to be the object of derision at a sex party. Their lining up to get fucked by him just to laugh at him would cause me to question how cool these friends really are.
In my own swinger group experience we had a friend who had developed some type of palsy limiting movement of the left side of his body. And he was impotent. He limped. His wife was healthy and beautiful, but i remember the men were always gracious to him and some lovely wives made it a point to hold, caress, and love on him, making him feel wanted and special. Not an object of scorn.

Exactly
How important are these parties to you OP?
Personally I can't imagine being in an orgy with an implant and competing, in a sense, with a bunch of healthy young men. That seems emotionally painful and to add insult to injury they make fun of this guy. Maybe he is a masochist

I struggle getting hard sometimes but it happens with age.
I struggle with the idea of getting the implant because I attend my fair share of naked pool parties and sex parties and hear the gossip about the feel of the implant.
I only know one person in my area who has it. He’s not a real big guy and has a small-average penis length. I don’t know if he added silicone or something else but it looks like the shaft is deformed. It’s obvious that penis has been altered to the naked eye.
I’ve watched him pump up and then hear the chuckles of guys calling it a toy or saying it feels like a straw or point and fake moaning and groaning before they move along to a larger, natural penis.
I have always been top bunk in relationships.
When I hear what people say about the one guy I know with the implant, it gives me pause about getting it. I don’t know if I could handle the embarrassment. I am generously endowed but can’t perform at optimal levels consistently.
I just want both my partner and I to enjoy sex again.
Have you heard anyone else report feeling the plastic tubing during sex?
Help!!!
Welcome to the forum FLSpeedo1. Thanks for bringin up this question. It touches on two subjects of value. 1) How bad does ED have to be before you want to make the sacrifices required for an implant (a question I may address later, as it has been addressed at length elsewhere in FrankTalk) and 2) How to handle sub-optimal outcomes.
It seems to me that the gentleman in question may be more deserving of pity than derision.
If he has the courage (or desperation) to put himself out there, perhaps if you approached him as a friend (not necessarily as a sexual partner, but just as a person with in a common interest, implant) you might find him a source of first-hand information which might be useful to you. At the very least, you would probably get the name of a surgeon to avoid.
It is not my intent to be judgemental of the group members at these parties. I wish to point out an opportunity for you to get some valuable information and to share some kindness in return.
As for my own experience, when completely deflated, my penis is a bit mis-shapen, but pumped up to 20% appears as a completely normal flaccid penis. When inflated, it is indistinguishable from my pre-operation penis except that the cross-section is more oval than its previous rounder shape. Arousal (which inflates my spongiosum tissues) does fill out the roundness a bit, but not as much as my pre-implant fully erect penis was. But the difference is barely discernable.
The distal tips (hard plastic) of my implant are palpable if you feel for them and know what you are looking for. The casual observer is unlikely to feel (much less see) the difference. Some partners of implanted men say they can feel the hard tips during penetration, but I suspect a little bit less inflation would relieve that.
The pump and pump bulb in my scrotum is another matter. If I am wearing snug, form-fitting underwear there is clearly a bulge on the left, about the size of my testicle, but protruding like no testicle of mine ever did. It is purely cosmetic and if I were naked or in boxer shorts would not be apparant.

I sucked the guy’s penis once and it smells like plastic and bends like plastic. He was soft and it folded in my mouth.
This is why I ask if there are different types.[/quote]Intersting..and confusing. You said that he pumps up (inflates) for an erection. A properly implanted inflatable implant makes a penis as rigid as any natural erection and even a malleable implant (no pumping, it is always difficult reshape either from bent to straight or from stright to bent).
In any event, folding during fellatio is NOT something an inflated implant would do. There is something else at work here.
It seems to me that he has a faulty installation. Either the implant failed or it was badly done in the first place. Or perhaps some other problem of his anatomy is at play. Fibrosis or the like.
As far as smelling like plastic, I don't think that is possible. I would suspect it is his own body lotion, aftershave, soap or body odor you detect.

Gentleman, I believe this is what you call a troll account. Clearly an imitator of a forum member with a similar name.
Titan OTR. Dr. Hakky - successful surgery and very happy with outcome.
My advice: choose a world-class surgeon and make yourself the healthiest you can.

Re: Confused in Fort Lauderdale
There are 2 general types of implants.
1) Malleable- This one has two semi-rigid tubes and gives you a constant erection. There are two major American manufacturers. One is Coloplast and their model is called the Genesis and then there is Boston Scientific and their model is called the Tactra. Both models are made of silicone although the Tactra has a nitinol core.
2) Inflatable. This one is a three piece implant consisting of a reservoir, a pump and two inflatable tubes. There are two major American manufactures (the same companies as above). Coloplast makes the Titan and Boston Scientific makes the AMX implants. The AMX is made of silicone and the Titan is made of bioflex.

Oh, crap. I fell for it. Lock, stock and barrel. (Pump, bulb and tubes).
But are you SURE it is not a sincere question? Usually trolls hit and run. This one smacks of experience.
