I had a severe twist in my flaccid penis immediately after my first procedure. Went to a better surgeon who laughed at the doctors that did my first one. Ended up having both distal and medial crossover making my penis curve to the left. He did total revision and now it’s as straight as an arrow, thicker and longer than the first one.

I have a had a somewhat twisted dick in my whole life. Twisted and curved. The twist hasn't bothered me that much, it has kind of worked in my favor, as the curve has been to the left and the twist in the direction which has modified my left curve to an up curve.

Dr. Eid said from the beginning that he was confident my curve would straighten after my Titan, but my twist was something I'd probably have to live with. That's what happened as well. My curve is 99% gone and my twist is 99% still there.

But I don't give much of a shit. I went from an unreliable piece of shit soft, curved, twisted, shortlasting erection to a larger, super-hard, 100% reliable, 99% straight, still twisted dick. And most importantly, sex went from stressful to joyful. Anxiety turned to confidence. Half-assed sex performance turned to... well, a lot better at least.

The twist I speak of, kind of inhibits penetration, it is twisted when the penis is inflated, as in, the erection is at an angle. Kind of like the pic from 'shouldiwait' in this thread: viewtopic.php?f=6&t=21991

I assume your twist is not this pronounced.

I’d say my inflated dick is more twisted than that.
But I fail to see how it could possibly be hindering penetration. I’ve never ever had any problems to penetrate.
Well, except for when my pre-implanted dick was too soft…

How does it make penetration difficult?

I’ve honestly had more sex partners after implant than I should have had. None has never commented on the twist. Only on the hardness and the duration of erection. And never once has the twist given me any issues with penetration, feel or anything related to performance.

I have the twist as well. When I pump to 100% I get pain when having intercourse. After two years I now stroke in a differently to give my glans the desired feeling. I have decided a hard twisted dick is much better than what I had after prostate cancer.

Haven't been taking notes... But from the top of my head, 2-3 out of 10-12 have commented on feeling something hard in my scrotum when giving me a blowjob. None has ever commented on the shaft, as if there would be something unnatural about it.
Several have commented on the size, quite a few on the hardness and almost all of them on my performance. As in that I am ready to go already when the clothes fall and that I can go on for so long time.

I have even told one girl about it once and showed her how it worked. She had no issues and we had some amazing sex once the show and tell was done with. And again the next morning. She wasn't perhaps the innocent girl you meet at the library, but still.

Anyway, the whole discussion about will she notice is as old as implants.
And my answer stays the same. In the long run, if you start dating a woman, you can't hide it. Maybe you could if your life depended on it. But it doesn't. And you will lose out on a lot of the advantages with the implant if you are going to do all you can to hide it.
The "Just a second, I need to take a piss" comment will be weird after some time. And you always being hard when coming out of the bathroom after that piss will be equally weird.

I wouldn't tell a woman from the beginning if I was dating. But quite soon I would. The longer you keep it a secret, the more awkward it'll be to tell her. I'd probably wait a a few dates, or rather a few sex sessions and then just tell her. By then she'd have noticed that this is nothing to be worried about. It works, and it works well. If she against all odds would leave you because of this, then so it is. Better now than a few months later.

Mine is normal all the way through 80 percent inflated...but if I go for 100% max pumps he starts to twist.

I can feel that the supply tube, which wraps around the lower shaft, is limiting his growth/position. Almost like I have a new suspendatory ligament higher and to the right. Make sense?
