One thing about being implanted (or using injections or any other method that keeps an erection even after ejaculation) is something I have not seen described in FrankTalk.
I have seen many men appreciate being able to continue penis-in-vagina action (thrusting, etc) after orgasm, but that is not quite what I am talking about.
Here it is: Before my implant, when actively in coitus and I ejaculated, my penis would lose rigidity before my ejaculatory contractions were exhausted, thus cutting short the stimulation that would have trigered a few more contractions. That is, if I were to continue coitus, I had more of my "boys" lined up in my gonads like paratroopers in a transport, ready to spurt down the line. But because my penis lost rigidity, the stimulation that would encourage more contractions rapidly diminished. Thus several waiting "spurts" were left wandering aimlessly around still inside me, wanting.
Now, since my erection is rigid and able to receive vaginal stimulations with undiminished intensity, my ejaculatory contractions can continue until I am pumped dry and I can even produce a few additional contractions after my semen is totally gone.
Put another way: Before my implant, loss of rigidity cut my orgasm/ejaculation short long before my supply of semen ran out. After implant, those delicious orgasmic ejaculations can continue even after my cum has run dry. And the only reason I have to stop the action is my post-coital energy level falls off a cliff.
I hope I have described this phenomenon well enough to resonate with any man who has experienced it. Anyone else observe this in their own love-making?

Yep. Me too.
Even while actively fucking my arousal levels vary from a casual and relaxed type of session to full on sirens sounding pounding.
The intensity of my orgasms vary given the mood at the moment, but the intense ones are MUCH better than before because of improved ability to stay fully hard until i am completely spent.

Active, athletic 63 years old. Sexually, still 33 in my mind and spirit. Pills and injections all worked, until they didn’t. Diagnosed with veinous leakage in 2022. Coloplast Titan. 22 CM. No RTE. Peno-scrotal. Implanted 1/4/23. Dr. Clavell.
Re: Until the well runs dry
Unfortunately this isn’t the case for me as I have retrograde ejaculation so my ‘troopers’ get lost.
Of course with an implant, I can and do keep going after my dry orgasms but I often find I lose the urge and I am
Often sore or sensitive anyway.

I spend so much time feeling bitter about my impotence I never think about being lucky to still have a prostate. I'm sure it will be taken from me also, because that's how my life seems to go, but this reminds me to be thankful for what I have while I have it. "Don't know what you have till it's gone"
Born 6/15/74. I have substantial venous leak with fairly severe hour-glassing, but no hard plaques. My urologist is sexual health expert Dr. Laurence Levine who performed a Doppler Ultrasound and diagnosed me with VL in 2020. I also have mild BPH

Don't be so pessimistic. PSA testing is pretty good at catching it early. Early detection is key to better results for all cancers.
Do some family research. There can be an inherited gene component to prostate cancer. Look for male family members in your genetic family tree. Even those that have died might provide a clue if their death certificates are available. Interview the old surviving female members. They often know the old stories.
I'll share my family results. Not that we have large familes but generally mostly males. I can't find a prostate cancer going back 150 years. Not even any maybes. I've bugged my primary dr to see if there is any genetic studies going on like they did with female breast cancer. No studies that I could find. Once I asked him for a PSA test. Said he does one on every blood draw he takes from me. Results are consistantly low. He is a good dr, he has kept me alive long enough to get ED.

I have read some medical journal mentions of
Inherited variants in particular genes, such as BRCA1, BRCA2, and HOXB13, account for some cases of hereditary prostate cancer. Men with variants in these genes have a high risk of developing prostate cancer and, in some cases, other cancers during their lifetimes.
Do a web search for "genetic component for prostate cancer" or phrases like that.

Extremely familiar with the BRCA genes. My wifes family was one of the study families. At the time it was felt that the gene was passed down from the mothers side. More research is pointing towards men carrying the gene also. My wife is negative, her 3 sisters were positive. By participating they offered free BRCA testing to the family. Two nieces refused testing, "didn't want to know". One just passed the other has exhausted all treatments including bone marrow transplant. Wifes brother fought breast cancer twice, died 2 months ago. His daughter lost both breasts, claimed she got the gene from dad. Now it looks like she might be correct.
Yes, my last reading said BRCA does have some effect on prostate cancer but less of an effect. At that reading it was being thought that rather than causing female cancers. It interfered with the bodies ability to fight off abnormal tissure growths. More abnormal growths in womens breasts than in mens prostate. Thus more cancers related to BRCA in women.
Try navigating thru mammograms with your dense breast tissued very young wife when ALL three of her older sisters have had cancer. Fun times were had by all. Fyi, dense breast tissue shows up as a cloud. Very distubing sight to a young woman.
Heres the icing on the cake. Grandmother died at 93 with not a single breast lump or cancer. In hind sight it begs to ask if it came from their dad? But the way I understood it. The inherited gene was easier to receive from mom than dad. So who the hell knows? Looks like the system has moved past BRCA research. Company that had a patent (later over turned) made a fortune off of testing scared women that most likely didn't have the gene. I.e. they had breast cancer but no family history of breast cancer. Wasted $$ on testing.
My logic was that perhaps my family had a protective gene. I'm thinking the world will never know.
Re: Until the well runs dry
I have used Trimix for the past year.
It completely changed how I have sex.
I struggled with both ED and PE (premature ejaculation, think minute man) for as long as I can remember.
Previous to using Trimix I used generic viagra for over 10 years with more or less success for ED aspect.
Because of these ED issues, I also developed PA (performance anxiety)
One of the reasons I started with Trimix is because I can hold the erection even after ejaculation and well past the sex act.
Using Trimix I would get hard from the start of foreplay till my wife said she had enough.
At first, she complained that I (still) came quickly (which is true), and she said that I lost my sexual energy. It took me a while to show her that I could continue. I felt I had more sexual energy after ejaculation since I did not have to hold back.
I started to develop what felt like a dry orgasm when she came.
