Can anyone explain what this bulge is? It's causing a dent which makes my inflated penis tilt to the right.
Majority pain is on the left side, down to my perinium too.
Any advice is much appreciated.

Just a guess but it may be where the tubing goes into the cylinders. I also have a little bump there ( on both sides ) but they're smaller and doesn't force my penis to one side or the other .

Agreed. I have the same bulge caused by the tubing at the base, and it is most apparent when fully inflated. Like Journeyman, mine is not obvious to the casual observer unless touched there. It doesn’t really bother me because it’s not really obvious.
Did you send that photo to your doctor? What does he say?
Active, athletic 63 years old. Sexually, still 33 in my mind and spirit. Pills and injections all worked, until they didn’t. Diagnosed with veinous leakage in 2022. Coloplast Titan. 22 CM. No RTE. Peno-scrotal. Implanted 1/4/23. Dr. Clavell.
