Implant firmness fully inflated

I have been cycling for about a week, when I first started i would pump till pain in my tip made me stop, but man!!! It was so hard, barely could move it in any direction. Today I pumped to max, couldnt even get a quarter pump more, waited 15 in a bath and still, couldn’t squeeze any harder, no pain now. My erection is still super stiff and nice, i can definitely get more pumps in there now than when I first started but i can move my dick around alot more, it doesnt bend, just the base is more normal feeling now.

Is that normal, i know the implant softens over time, dog ears get softer etc… what else can I expect, currently at day 32. Did you all start out extra stiff?

You're well on your way. Over time and with daily cycling, I regained the length and increased girth. And yes, it's so hard, I can hang my bath towel on it!!

Same for me, day 25. I guess it's a combination of swelling going aways, and maybe scar tissue getting stretched. I'm super glad my base is loosening up a bit, at first i couldn't bend it down one bit.
Just hoping the dog ears get a lot softer, they suck haha.

Nice! I cant feel the dog ears much but i do get uncomfortable after an hour or so if i am fully deflated, pump 3-4 times and feels great, assuming thats the dog ears.

Thanks for the reply, i like all your thoughts and hope it just keeps getting better. Only a few days away from my first test run.

Extra stiff? I’m a full year from revision and I can still hang a towel on my dick no problem. Isn’t the whole idea of an implant to have the firmest dick possible? If you find it too firm deflate a bit. The hardness is endless possibilities. Just like Spider-Man. With a bionic penis comes responsibility. Lmao
